Why the Owner Chose Seacrest Beach Resort
My family and I decided to buy here because the area has a wonderful relaxing atmosphere - a feeling of being in a happening place without the clutter of high rise hotels or rush hour traffic, and without fast food or big name chain stores. The neighborhood is picturesque, with fabulous landscaping and brick paved pedestrian friendly roads leading to the condo. We also think these are the most beautiful beaches in the world.

There's so much to do around here you won't have trouble keeping busy! We walk to the beach every day - sometimes twice! We love to bike and the 30A bike trail runs about 18 miles through many beautiful beach communities. Bicycles are easy to rent and can be delivered to your door. Easy walk to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.

Thank you-your beach home is wonderful. My folks, sister and I thoroughly enjoyed your lovely beach condo. My mom commented several times on how lovely your kitchen was to work in. My sister is on a cane and thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the pool. My folks loved sitting on the balcony and watching the kids swim and play. And I loved the beach. Many, many thanks. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!! It is so nice and convenient to all that the Beaches of South Walton have to offer. If you have never vacationed here before you owe it to yourself to experience it!!! Wonderful restaurants, unique shopping and the most Beautiful beaches. The pool at this condo is amazing!! We hope to visit again soon and thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us!!!

Made it to the condo. Very nice! Love it! We spent the entire day at the beach yesterday. Absolutely beautiful! Witnessed approximately 5 tar balls, but they are hard and look like black rocks unless you squeeze them. There is no reason that people should stay away from this beautiful place!

What a luxurious and comfortable condo! Possibly the nicest kitchen I've ever cooked in. Beautiful "neighborhood" with the beach and nearby towns just a short walk or bike ride away. The view of the pool is incredible! Definitely a winner.
