Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with Awesome Gulf views!! TV/VCR/DVD in Living Area and TV in Bedroom. Next to State Park property & pier. Non smoking. Nicely furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath unit Master bedroom has king size bed and private bath. 2 twins in second bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer. WiFi available.

Master Bedroom has 1 king bed,
First Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Unit also has a queen sleeper sofa.

Corner with Best Views

We rented through VRBO. The listing didn’t mention having to pick up the keys at an office, but it was a quick drive to Orange Beach. The unit wasn’t ready when we arrived, but that was quickly fixed. The furnishings in the unit were fine, and the kitchen had what we needed. We brought our own paper products though, which was necessary for our week stay. The beach was easily accessible and not crowded. Being the last building next to the state park gave us awesome views and lots of room to spread out. The corner unit allowed for lots of sunlight in the unit and great views from every room. We saw dolphins almost daily! Beautiful location. Beautiful beach.

Royal Palms 1001

First of all, condo could use some new furniture in living room. One of the rocker chairs was very dirty. The stovetop drip pans were very dirty with baked on grease. Our silverware in the drawers and some cups were dirty. We had to wash everything so we could use it. I would not stay in this condo again.

This was a perfect place!! Private beach access! The place was very clean! Would recommended to anyone staying in the area

Love the location

I was really disappointed that both pools were closed. I can not get in the ocean because I have fibromyalgia. Soo... I couldn’t swim and or lay out by the pool. An amenity that was a must when booking.
