Thank you Rich and Marge, your condo at Crystal Sands was exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I had a wonderful week at this condo. October is a great time to enjoy the beach, the crowds are gone, the weather was beautiful and the water was still warm enough to swim in the gulf. This condo met all of our expectations and more. Every morning we would open the balcony curtains and there was the beautiful white sands and emerald green waters of the gulf just waiting for us. Rich and Marge provide a clean and extremely comfortable place to stay. The complimentary beach service is a real plus and was greatly appreciated. This was our fifth time to stay in Destin. We will be returning and definitely at Rich and Marge's condo.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this condo. It was very clean, completely stocked kitchen, lovely furniture, very comfortable bed AND right on the beach. The inclusion of an umbrella and beach chairs was also a big plus. Like Swatznagger says, "I'll be back."

We just returned, less than 12 hours ago. It was my first time to Destin. Have been several times to other Gulf destinations, primarily Orange and Gulf Shores, AL. The condo was cheery, clean, and comfortable for myself, and nearly 4 year old. The owner's were very responsive to my inquiries and I even got a voice mail left a day before I left with instructions and wishes for "great weather, to relax and have fun." The bed was comfy, easy to load belonging from car up the elevator with the use of bell hop carts kept outside of the elevator. View was spectacular from living room. Quick hope down, through the security gate of the breezway and you are steps from the warm emerald waters. I liked having the restrooms right there in the breezeway also; made it convenient for a preschooler who has to make about 40 trips to the bathroom during any outing!! The location was quiet and peaceful, has a neighborhood feel. Scenic hwy. 98 doesn't get high speed traffic so it was a very tranquil setting. Only suggestion is the stocked kitchen could have used a large fry pan (only two small 5 inch pans were provided)

My family had a great time at the condo. It had everything we were looking for: clean place, right on beach w/ balcony, free wifi, free beach service. The owners responded to questions very quickly. The property management company was a little out of the way, but not too far. Crystal beach is the best location in the Destin area, close to all the great restaurants and baytowne wharf. Overall great trip! Thanks.

My family and I are from Texas, a 12hr drive later, we had the most wonderful time in this condo right on Crystal Beach! The pictures just don't do justice to the view from the livingroom! The condo was very clean and brightly decorated. The water was breathtaking! My girls, 15 & 10, jumped the huge waves, built sandcastles, and had the time of their life! I got the best pictures in the evening then we walked with flashlights looking for seashells and hermit crabs! We had a blast!!! The owners are so nice and answered all my questions. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores up and down Hwy 98 just minutes from the condo! Destin has the biggest Walmart and it is so clean! You MUST go to Dewey Destin's Seafood Restaurant...their family founded Destin, FL. We look forward to returning next year and for years to come! The Carroll's

The photos showing this listing don't do the beach justice. Maybe you just have to be there to hear the sound of the surf, especially first thing in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee on the balconey. The condo was very comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Rich was very helpful in answering our questions on a timely fashion and provinding extra information about the condo and the beach. Small downside was the pool, located at the front of the property. Probably not a big concern for most people, as I was the only swimmer most mornings, but a fairly spartan area and small size--again, not a real concern if you don't plan to spend any time there. Overall, a great time in Destin!

I visited for the Fourth of July weekend (2010) and had a wonderful time. The property is exactly as described in the listing, and the beach was beautiful. To anyone reading this, come to Destin! The beach and water is perfect; not a spec of oil anywhere and the media is distorting the situation. The owners were friendly and helpful and I will definitely rent this condo again. My only suggestion would be, if you're a serious cofffee drinker like me, bring your own coffee mug. The ones in the condo were tiny! I like to sit out on the balcony each morning and listen to the surf and watch the sun come up with a large cup of coffee. Perfect way to start each day and it was WONDERFUL to have complimentary use of the beach umbrella and chairs. Thank you for offering your condo; it's perfect.

The location is fantastic, the condo is very clean and well-maintained, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are comfortable. The extra half-bath and the stacking washer/dryer were added bonuses. Rich and Marge were a pleasure to deal with, assisting us with our last-minute vacation plans. We loved walking out of the unit and right onto the beach - especially as we watched other families carting wagons full of stuff down the street from their cars or rentals further away. It's a great choice for a couple or a family with children. Thanks - we hope to return again!

We have rented this condo multiple times in the last 15 years or so and find Rich and Marge to be wonderful condo owners who work at making our vacation pleasant and workable. Thanks for a clean unit, close to the water, with incredible views of clear water and beautiful white sand. On days we don't want to get sand on our feet we just sit on the balcony and enjoy..so close we can almost feel the ocean spray. Thanks for including beach chair and umbrella. Nothing more relaxing on the planet.
