If you are visiting Ocean City, this is the place to stay. This Penthouse is located right on the beach on 112th Street and the Ocean in High Point South. With two beachfront balconies and a bay view bedroom, there are great views from every room.
There is a full kitchen, a lovely den with a queen sleep sofa and a powder room on the first floor leading out to a balcony over the pool area and the ocean.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has two double beds and sleeps four with a view of the bay.
The location is ideal. Within walking distance is a supermarket, restaurants, the Greene Turtle, movie theater, Gold's Gym, the Gold Coast Mall, arcade, liquor store and shopping. The boardwalk is a short bus ride down the street.

We stayed with friends here for 4 nights...loved the place, very convenient, directly across from Gold Coast Mall. It was very comfortable and welcoming. Beautiful views of the ocean and bay from high up. Highly recommended for a nice relaxing get-away. All the amenities were great, especially that oceanfront view...overlooking the ocean as well as 3 inground pools. Private and safe. Owners were helpful. Would stay again, and would recommend to friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This is by far my favorite rental property! From family vacations to girls weekends....so much space. Best view of the ocean! Close to absolutely everything....taking kids to boardwalk or having a nite out at Seacrets....I actually have it booked already. It's very clean and well taken care of.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I've rented this condo so many times over the years. Perfect location! The beach is right there, groceries across the street (liquor store too). The condo is nice, neat and clean. Great open living room / kitchen with an unbeatable view. It has hosted my family for long weekends, and has been the perfect spot for a girls' weekend away with my friends. You can't beat this spot for its price and location. Easy access to all the hotspots & venues, but far enough away to enjoy the day on the beach without seeming crowded. Love this spot. We'll be back again this year! (my kids want to make sure I tell you about the awesome beachside pool!)Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
