A few notes about our condo.
We are taking Covid 19 seriously. Our cleaning staff will be using WHO recommended steps to disinfect all Parts of our condo, especially focusing on hi touch areas.
We will have anti bacterial soap and disinfectant in our condo along with small bottles of hand sanitizer. We highly recommend you bring your own hand wipes, purell, etc. to supplement our supplies.

Provide a 100% refund. Even if this happens immediately before your visit. Common sense will
Apply due to Covid related closures!

The interior of our condo is completely remodeled with new appliances, new 50' flat screen TV in the LR, new flat screen in both bedrooms, new furniture and a beautiful new hickory hard wood floor in the main room, dining room, kitchen and hallway...and, we have over 1200 square feet of living space!!
Just finished, 12/2021, a complete remodel in our kitchen with new cabinets and appliances. It’s a fabulous upgrade.

Also have a washer dryer combo in our unit.
This is a privately owned condo--our only condo-- it's not just a rental property!
The huge living room has a new gas fireplace, new queen sofa/sleeper with a new memory foam mattress, love seat, huge leather chair/ottoman and a 50' TV and DVD player. (Cable TV on all 3 TV's).
The dining area has a table that seats 6.
The master BR has a queen-size bed and headboard along with a flat screen TV..
The second BR has a Queen size bed.. There is also a flat screen TV in this BR.
Mattresses in both bedrooms were new in 2021
The main bathroom has a huge walk in shower. This bathroom was remodeled in 2019.
The master bedroom bathroom was alsoremodeled in 2019 and has a jetted Jacuzzi bath tub.
There is a huge hot tub approx. 30 yards from our front door. There is also a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and spa that serves the upper village condo's--its a short walk down the path right behind our condo. This pool/hot tub complex is fantastic and reserved for condo owners in the immediate area--keycard required for entry.

Covered parking keeps the car protected from the snow— there is an elevator that will bring you from the garage to our 1st floor unit--you don't have to walk up or down a single stair in our complex!
We have a private, lockable ski/board storage closet located right outside the front door of our condo. A great place to store all your equipment while you are back 'home'.
We have Comcast High Speed internet access for all to use.
We are located directly across the street from 4 O'Clock Run - ski in for lunch or at the end of the day...and we are a very short walk to Snowflake Lift. Want to start the day at the Quicksilver six-person ski lift on Peak 9...its a short five minute walk. Or, head to Main Street and be there in less than five minutes!! We are on street level, so you do not have to walk up/down flights of stairs at the end of a long day.
If you would rather take the FREE shuttle to anywhere in town or on the mountain, the town shuttle stops approximately 100 yards from our front door. The shuttle is a local favorite and gets you anywhere on the mountain quickly. There is an app that shows exactly when the next shuttle will arrive--they run every 15 minutes. It will take too the the base camps or to the gondola.
