Location: Sundowner II, Four O'Clock, Breckenridge, Northwest, Colorado, USA (Heart of Breckenridge Walk to Lifts and Town)

Accommodations:  Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

The interior of our condo is newly remodeled with new appliances, 47" big screen TV in the LR, a 25" TV in the Master BR, a new flat screen in the 2BR, new furniture and a beautiful hickory hard wood floor in the dining room, kitchen and hallway...and, we have over 1300 square feet of living space!!

The pictures posted with this ad are of our unit--what you see is what you get!! Several folks have asked if the pictures shown is really the condo for rent--and the answer is YES!! This is a privately owned condo--our only condo-- and we use it as well as rent it.

The huge living room has a brand new gas fireplace, full sofa/sleeper, love seat, huge leather chair/ottoman and a 47" TV with DVD, VCR and CD player. (Cable TV on all 3 TV's) As you can see from the pictures, this room is incredible. The dining area has a table that seats 6, PLUS a bar area with 2 bar seats. The kitchen is fully-equipped- microwave, new appliances, granite counter tops, along with your own washer and dryer.

The master BR has a king-size bed along with a 25" TV/DVD/VCR combo.

The second BR has a bunkbed--the bottom bed comfortably sleeeps 2 adults. There is also a new flat screen TV in this BR.

There is a full size sofa sleeper in the living area. We can comfortably sleep seven+.

The master bedroom bathroom has a jetted jacuzi bath tub PLUS there is a steam room in the main bathroom shower. There is a huge hot tub approx. 20 yards from our front door and the indoor/outdoor pool is a short walk--both are open year round. Covered parking keeps the car protected from the snow-and there is an elevator that will bring you from the garage to our 1st floor unit--you don't have to walk up or down a single stair in our complex!

We have a private, lockable ski/board storage closet located right outside the front door of our condo. A great place to store all your equipment while you are back "home".

We have just added Comcast High Speed Wireless internet access for all to use at no additional charge.

We are located directly across the street from 4 O'Clock Run - ski in for lunch or at the end of the day...and we are only 300 yards to the Snowflake Lift. Want to start the day at the Quicksilver six-person ski lift on Peak 9...its a short five minute walk. Or, head to Main Street and be there in less than five minutes!! We are on street level, so you do not have to walk up/down flights of stairs at the end of a long day.

If you would rather take the FREE shuttle to anywhere in town or on the mountain, the town shuttle stops approximately 50 yards from our front door.

Our condo complex has just completed a complete exterior renovation. Everything was updated; all new windows, fresh paint everywhere, new heated courtyard outside our front door, everything is brand new. We also added two new windows to our living room--added light and an even bigger feel. For those of you have stayed with us before, the place is nicer than ever!!

  • Just returned from a fabulous, snow-filled, and very cold stay in Breckenridge! The condo was very comfortable and the location was superb! As stated, the condo had all the comforts of home and the kitchen was perfectly stocked so we didn't have to buy needed supplies. The owners could not have been nicer or easier to deal with and communicate with. We hope to return!! Thanks and Happy New Year!

  • Just wanted to say that your condo was the nicest we have stayed at in the four trips we have made to Breckenridge. Not just the unit alone but the extra touches that you provided within your home. Comfortable beds and stylish furnishings. As we had plenty of snow the covered car park was particularly welcome. The lift excellent particularly when you normally live at sea level !! The kids were particularly impressed with Super size TV !! Very close to all Main St. amenities but still a peaceful location. Thanks for providing us with an excellent base for an excellent holiday.
