Holiday Surf and Racquet Club unit #105, accommodates up to 8 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom is newly updated and has a bunk with a lower full size bed, twin on the top and a twin trundle on the bottom plus an additional separate twin bed . There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room . This unit has new ceramic tile floors throughout!

All rentals include Complimentary Beach Service with a 2 chair and umbrella set up each day of your stay!

After years of staying, just a little disappointed.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stated many years. Love it there. Ice maker didn't work and no one ever showed up to look at it after we were told they would. They did give us a bag of ice a couple days but then they ran out of ice. The cushions on dining room chairs are really dirty. They were just gross. We had brought our grand kids for the first time. Other than that we had a good time. We will be back just not that room.

Wonderful!

This property had everything my group was looking for when deciding on where to stay. We were on the ground floor close to the pool. The beach service was great and we spent a lot more time on the beach since we didn’t have to set up our space. Mornings on the beach and pool in the afternoon. Perfect! You can get fresh towels and linens on Tuesday and Friday-much appreciated. There are pool and beach equipment in the main closet. The beds were comfortable. The condo was clean except for the floors which was pretty dirty and not with sand. Easily handled but maybe something that needs to be addressed with the cleaning crew. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

For our first time in Destin this place was great! the location was awesome with the beach literally in the back yard, place was clean and semi stocked with toiletries. Only bad was the microwave did not work and the wifi was slow and lagging.
