The Hillside Estate was built on a gorgeous property overlooking Kaneohe Bay and the Ocean. The gated two acre property includes 3 homes, off street parking, a pool, basketball court and lookout tower. You are able to enjoy one of the best views on the island from most rooms and everywhere outside.
The Villa, Guest House and Terrace House have a total of 9 bedrooms, 8 full baths and 2 half baths.
You can rent the entire estate or choose one of the three beautiful ocean view vacation homes, one for every budget.
The 5000 square foot Villa is a spectacular 5 bedroom executive home that can accommodate 10 guests (Additional guests are $25 person per day). There is a formal dining room, living room, TV room (w/large plasma screen)and game room along with a huge kitchen for your enjoyment. There is room in the kitchen for many of your group to help cook or hangout chatting, there is also a professional size grill inside in addition to the grill outside.
There are great views throughout the house, but your favorite view will probably be poolside. This is a wonderful setting for entertaining or for intimate gatherings. You'll particularly enjoy our new Hot Tub.
In addition to a pool table, foosball, ping-pong, and air hockey, we also have tennis rackets and basketballs, footballs volleyballs etc. We also have everything you need for your trips to the beach: kayaks, boogie boards, skimmers, surf boards, snorkel masks and fins, coolers, floats and a kite. We're just a 5 minute drive to Kailua Beach.

My family had a wonderful time at the Hillside Yacht Club Estate. The patio was a great place to relax and watch the sailboats in the bay. The kids loved playing in the game room and swimming in the pool. My fiance' and I got married at a nearby church and we held a small reception at the house. The beautiful view and colorful flowers provided the perfect backdrop to our wedding photos. There were a few afternoon showers but it didn't pose a problem because the inside was roomy enough for all of our guests. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back and stay again.

Sally & Nick What a wonderful place for our daughter’s wedding and holiday for our family of 18. We enjoyed the view / terrace / pool and the kitchen the most. Perfect for the wedding by the pool and dinner after. Having stayed in Honolulu many times as well as all the islands, we found Kailua to be truly Hawaiian. We hope to return some day.

We had a wonderful time there. Sally and Nick treated us like family and were there for us when we need them 24 hours! I was surprised to see the house was actually better than the pictures. Other than seeing an insect we wouldn't rather see, which I understand is quite common in tropical area, we couldn't have been happier. We'll miss this place!

WOW!! The perfect place to stay in Oahu! Spectacular views from everywhere in the house, especially lounging by the pool. We stayed there with family and friends for a week (when we were getting married) and our vacation could not have been more relaxing. Everyone could hang out together or there where plenty of places to hide out by yourself. The game room is fabulous for the kids or adults wanting to have fun. There are surfboards, coolers, boogie boards, rafts, you name it, this house has it!! I recommend it to every family looking to relax and get away with every convience of home!
