Bontemps is a quaint, sunny, and delightful 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom carriage home in Rosemary Beach. This home features garage parking for two vehicles. With a wrap around porch, you have a wonderful view of the town of Rosemary Beach and its unique architecture. Upon entry to the home you will find a cozy living area complete with HDTV and a sofa bed to accommodate two guests. Just off of the main living area are built in bunk beds for two guests. A fully equipped kitchen will allow your family and friends to enjoy their favorite meals and snacks. The main level includes a half bathroom with access from the porch, so you can come inside and rinse off after a day at the beach. Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom, which features a king bed and full private bathroom. Equipped with a washer and dryer for your cleaning needs. Just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico, Rosemary Town Center, and Coquina Pool, this home is in the perfect location for your next family vacation!

Loved it

This was our 3rd time staying here over the last 8 years and we still love it and think it's the perfect size for our family. We have 3 kids 2 of them (ages 8 and 6) stayed on the bunkbeds and then a 5 month old stayed in a bassinet in our room. This location is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at the carriage! Two adults and 3 little kids, the house was a decent size for us! The location was perfect by Main Street, pool and to the beach!

Great Property, Location and Value.

Great location, clean, comfortable, very spacious for a carriage house. We love RMB and this Five Star Property. My only complaint would be during the evening hours when we just wanted to relax, there was no streaming available on either TV set. The TV remote batteries were dead so I was unable to change the source input to know for sure. Also, note that bikes are no longer included but local rental is inexpensive and has convenient delivery.
