The breathtaking view at sunrise and sunset make this a special place to visit, relax and enjoy your vacation. There are numerous events that will keep you busy or you just can just be lazy and enjoy the sun.
This 2 bdrm. unit received a complete remodel in 2007. It is on the third floor with a view overlooking the swimming pool and the Inlet marsh area. It is just a 20 yard walk to the beach without crossing any streets. Included are many amenities that will make your stay with us a very pleasant experience.
The project has a security gate and is very family oriented. We are sorry, but no motorcycles or RV's are allowed on the premises.
The beach at low tide is enormous and allows for long walks along side the ocean, or time to explore the tidal pools that develop with the ever-changing beach landscape.

I am the only owner of this place, owning since it was built. This is a well maintained project--all owners really work hard to keep it looking lovely.
Why the Owner Chose Inlet Point Villas
After visitng and renting for several vacations, we decided to get our own place and have been pleased to have it for 30 years now. As you can see from the photos, you would never guess my place is that old!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I like this location because it is less busy than other places along the beach, particularly on the inlet side. The beach is wonderful here. Also, while you don't have the overly busy feel, you are within minutes of many of the attractions in the area beyond great beaches.

This is a wonderful place to spend your vacation! It is very clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The unit is charmingly decorated, and the inlet area is breathtakingly beautiful. The kitchen in the unit is well stocked, and the washer/dryer and 2nd bathroom came in very handy. We loved the private balcony and open living area in the unit. The complex is beautifully landscaped, and it is gated so we felt very safe. It has all the comforts of home and then some! It was a pleasure dealing with the owner. She is very friendly, professional, and well organized, and she responded to all of our emails very quickly. We will definitely visit this area again and stay here!

We just returned from a very pleasant week in 9E at Inlet Point Villa. It is beautifully furnished with all modern conveniences, and the owner is extremely easy and nice to deal with as well. I highly recommend this nice condo!

I WOULD LIKE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW I HAVE NEVER STAYED AT THIS PLACE HOWEVER I DID STAY AT THE INLET POINT VILLAS AND LOVED THE LOCATION IT'S QUIET THE BEACH AREA IS GREAT! WHEN I GO BACK I WANT TO STAY AT THE POINT...THE VILLAS ARE GATED I RECOMMEND THE AREA...IT'S GREAT.

Inlet point villa's is a great place to spend your vacation.we have stayed there the past four years.we stayed in condo 9E on the third floor and the view is great, the condo is very clean and nice. We are planning to spend our vacation there again this year.
