Year Purchased: 1986
The owners of Team Real Estate, Inc., Schuyler E. "Lucky" Cole and his wife, Marilyn, have owned, developed, and managed investment properties along the North Shore since 1968, including the Kawela Kai Nani Vacation Homes near the Turtle Bay Resort. Lucky retired from IBM in 1991 after a 29-year career as a large account team leader. Lucky formed Team Real Estate, Inc. in 1993 and is the CEO and Principal Broker.
