We have just visited Mammoth for a ski trip over the spring break. The condo's size is good, and it's clean and convenient. It is just short walk from the Gondola and you can also catch a shuttle bus right behind the building. We had a wonderful time and I hope we can come back again soon!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We arrived with a part of 9 and the home was better than advertised. The home is spacious and feels like home from the minute you open the door. The home is decorated beautifully and has all the items you would need if you want to make it feel like your second home. It was spacious and we never felt on top of one another. The location is terrific, close to the Village and shopping and restaurants. We'll be looking to stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Great condo, clean & well stocked kitchen. There were only three of us so we had a good amount of space. The loft bed is literally right outside of the upstairrs bed so little privacy, but if you are filling every bed in a 2bd condo, space probably isn't your biggest goal. The living area is well thought out with lots of seating around the table and in living area even though the living area isn't that large. Walking to village was a 5 minute walk. shuttle stop walk 1-2 minutes. Would definitely stay again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We arrived as two couples to enjoy the Mammoth skiing. We truly enjoyed being able to rent our skis at the gondola and leave them there while we were able to walk back to the condo! Of course we stopped on the way back at the smokehouse for happy hour and the Whitebark (westin) for dinner and drinks only one block away! The beds were 5 star! Heaven! Great TV viewing in all rooms with privacy! The kitchen had all the amenities! We will be back for sure! R&RRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Eight of us enjoyed this beautifully appointed condo ideally situated near Mammoth Village. Access to everything was close and easy. The condo itself is immaculate and one of the few vacation rentals we have EVER rented that comes with so many kitchen utensils so if you like to prepare your own meals you will find what you need here. The only drawback is that only two parking spaces are allowed on weekends. If you need more, make sure you clear it with the on-site manager in advance otherwise you need to park extra cars at the RV Park for $15 nightly each. This might not be a problem mid-week but you need to get approval from the building manager in the unit next door. On a scale of 1-10 this unit is a 10.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We traveled for a quick weekend vacation with our two kids and my parents. We loved the condo, it had everything we needed and a little more. The location was great and loved that it was so close to the village and the shuttle to the canyon lodge. It was easy to find and it was a pleasure being in touch with Sherri for tips and last minutre questions before the trip.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I brought a group of students up to Mammoth for a Recreational Sports Trip by CLU. We stayed in this Condo and were very impressed. The condo itself was a great size and could sleep multiple people. They did a great job using the space to maximize its occupancy The best part about the condo was all the amenities and the clean linens. Not many places provide top quality linens. The students and I were very impressed with how close we were to Canyon Lodge and the Village. This was an excellent place to stay and we will be returning.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed with the family after Christmas and we were really happy with the condo. The place was easy to find and we were able to walk to and from the village, even with a stroller and grandma. The condo has been updated and is very clean. We will stay there again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 1989
About the owner: We are avid skiers who live in both Seal Beach, CA as well as Hanalei, Kauai. Sherri was at one time an Olympic hopeful for the freestyle event but had a bad leg break while skiing in 1990 that ended her hopes of competing. Sherri and Larry love to ski and now enjoy cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing as well.
Why the Owner Chose San Sierra:
We purchased in Mammoth due to having grown up in Southern California and having spent many days each winter skiing at Mammoth Mountain. After skiing in many states throughout the Western U.S., we felt that Mammoth had the most predictable snowfall, a wide variety of terrain for all skiing abilities, and easy access from Southern California.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We loved this condo due to its location near the Village, which was in the planning stages at that time, but seemed likely to be built. We loved the floor plan, the spacious bedrooms and loft area, and our smaller condo complex with just 32 units.
