Come stay at "Pooling our Funs," a newly constructed large three story, four bedroom, three and a half bath house that features a large grecian heated private pool along with the 12,000 square foot community pool with fountains in beautiful Seacrest Beach North subdivision, situated between upscaled Rosemary and Alys Beaches. The home features spacious living and dining areas, a large wrap-around kitchen, third floor deck with partial Gulf views and lots of porches to relax on. This house is furnished for comfort and not overly cluttered with alot of "junk". The house is very open.
Come and enjoy all the amenities this home and community have to keep you and your family in luxurious comfort during your vacation. "Pooling our Funs" is a short five minute walk (or one minute tram ride) to the picturesque Emerald Coast or a one minute walk to the community pool.
The home features a surround sound home theatre with a 52 inch high definition TV in the living room and the children's room features a playstation for the kids' enjoyment. Each bedroom comes with a TV and DVD player. The three adult bedrooms all have king-sized beds for your comfort. The kid's bedroom sleeps four with a double/twin bunk and pull out trundle.
The rooms are wired for stereo sound and hi-speed internet. The home is great for entertaining in the back yard (few homes in Seacrest have backyards). You can grill outside, dine on the back porch and listen to music, all while your children are playing in the pool. Its a great place to sneak a quick midnight dip after the community pool closes or your kids can swim early in the morning before the community pool opens.
Seacrest is situated near excellent restaurants, shops, golf courses and other activities. Seacrest features the children's sprinkler, a mini "Bellagio" type sprinkler set to music that your children would thoroughly enjoy. Our kids didn't want to leave.
You are in walking distance to the town center of Rosemary and a short drive to Seaside. Fishing and boating are available within a quick drive to either Destin or Panama City Beach. You'll have the choice of an action packed vacation or the serenity of a quiet relaxing vacation by the beach and pools. You can swim comfortably in the spring through fall seasons in the heated private pool.
