This second floor unit has balcony access from both the bedroom and the great room, you will never disturb the rest of your family when drinking that morning coffee or late beverage. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, with a private bath and Jacuzzi tub. Additional guests may sleep on the convertible queen-size sofa sleeper. A fully equipped kitchen features all granite countertops with breakfast bar and two bar stools. An additional half bath is located off the kitchen.

The condo was everything we had hoped it to be. We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. The carpet was spotless (which is the first thing we notice when we enter a rental). Bob and Nancy are so easy to work with, and the phone call we received from Bob shortly after our arrival checking to be sure everything was to our expectations, provided us with a level of comfort for the rest of our stay. We look forward to returning to the Palm Beach Condos, and would recommend this unit for anyone.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

First time to visit Palm Beach condos, but it won't be the last! The complex was quiet, you can relax and not hear the parties and loud music that would be at the other condos. This is a one bedroom unit, very large unit for a one bedroom, the bathroom was huge! This unit had all the modern updates, in perfect working order. Very clean also! Bob and Nancy makes sure all is well taken care of and you will have the best vacation without any problems.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Returning to Palm Beach is something we always look forward to. The beach has never looked so good!! First time to stay in a one bedroom unit and it was very comfortable and we all had plenty of room. Alot of great memories...we look forward to next year!!!

Renting through this location is so painless and Bob and Nancy make you feel so very welcome. The unit is clean. The bathroom is luxurious and the shower is like a ballroom it's so huge. Plus, when I let them know the blender was broken, a new one was delivered to my door within the day. The only drawback to the property is that the unit's balcony is angled, so you're not right on top of the Gulf, but the view is still stunning over the pool and you can see sand and water. Even though it rained most of our weekend away, it was still fantastic waking up to waves. Can't beat the beach. The unit is definitely built for 2, but would be more than spacious for a family with kids sleeping on the sofa bed. The half bath is a nice feature. The kitchen has everything you could need. The location is very relaxing as it is close to the state park, so a lot of wide open spaces. I travel to the area for work on a fairly regular basis and Palm Beach has now become my home away from home. It's not too big and has all the big time amenities.

The photos accurately represented the entire unit -- as well as the balcony view of the gulf and the pool. We got what we expected. The unit was clean, furnished with items that were quite new and everything was in good repair. The nice surprise was that coffee, filters, cream & sugar starters were provided as well as soap and paper products so that you did not need to shop immediately on arrival. The kitchen was well equipped & the bath towels were great. I didn't even need to use the few items I had brought. The pool area was clean and the water was warm. The grounds were nicely landscaped and well maintained. Beach access very convenient. We received a call from the rental agent 24 hours after arrival to confirm that all met our expectations. That was a first for us and appreciated. Orange Beach is a family friendly area and not overly crowded. The beaches are beautiful and we love listening to the surf. For these reasons, we have stayed in the area many times over the past years.
