Accommodations: Appartement - 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s) - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 4-6)

private access to the apartment - Paris Vacation Discount until end of February!! This is a beautifully done up apartement by an interior designer. It has two good-size bedrooms, one with its own shower and basin. There is also a separate bathroom that has a basin, shower and a w.c. There is another separate W.C. Also, is a large sitting room that has a big fully fitted kitchen. It has recently been done up to a very high standard. All is new and the linens is of very fine quality like every thing else in this apartement. Very unusual for Paris, it has a lovely private access, with a beautiful mural painting(see photos). It is in a very quite spot, so there is no noise at night. It's only downfall which for some will be a plus is the fact that the communal areas of the building are due to be repainted next year. So Ok, it is not the smartest entrance off the street although it is in a 17th century building. The plus is that the rent is quite a bit cheaper than it will be when repainted next year!!! Free telephone calls to the US and Europe but charged to australia and the rest of the world!! Nearest metros are: Sèvres-Babylone or Saint-Germain des prés. The apartement is on the first floor, continental standard, 2nd by US. There is no elevator. Check in time is 12 noon - Check out time is 8.30am. If we can accomodate, we will gladly do so. And of course, being in Saint-Germain, you are just a walking distance from all the famous cafés Deux Magots and Flore, good restaurants, shops, museums, jardin du Luxembourg, the river Seine etc... Could you be anywhere else?? Don't forget to view the positive comments written by the guests who have stayed at rue des Saints-Pères. I have another similar property in the 7th, next to rue Cler which is: vrbo 80453 Merci!

The weekly rent is €1600/wk but 1500euros for late bookings.
The rent will be 1500 euros until end of February except from
December 15th to Jan 7th.
