Our three bedroom, two and a half bath, Beacon Landing Luxury condo sits on the shores of Lake Granby and features three levels with two upper decks and ground level patio, all over looking Granby Lake.
Decorated to fit the mountain and lake setting. Upper level is the master bedroom area. Second level is the kitchen, dining area, living area and half bath with washer/dryer area. Main entry level has two bedrooms with common bathroom (one with queen bed and one with double and bunk above). We are located 90 minutes from Denver, 15 minutes from the town of Granby and 10 minutes from the historical town of Grand Lake. Summer and winter activities are plentiful.
Attached to our condominium unit is Beacon Landing Marina, which has a small store, fishing tackle shop, boat and slip rentals. The outside views are fantastic. 10 minute from Rock Mountain Nation Park, having the famous Trail Ridge Road which travels to the top of the Rocky Mountains.

Relaxing on the lake

We stayed in this condo the last week of July and had a wonderful time. It's a perfect spot for relaxing on Lake Granby. We rented a pontoon boat and went fishing and sight seeing. It's also a great spot because it's so close to Rocky Mountain National Park. It has a great supermarket not far away and a superb golf course. We loved that it was 3 levels so the kids could have 1 level to themselves and the adults another. Level 2 holds the kitchen, laundry room, and livingroom. The hummingbirds were magnificent and we loved the bats at night. Sunrises over the lake were my favorite. Dennis and Gerri were very helpful and answered all our questions. It's a GREAT place to stay.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

highly recommend this vacation home. Convenient location to town, snow-mobiling, shopping, even has a small grocery/bait store next to the condos. Very quiet location, beautiful views, great location for taking walks, condo very clean, decorated with beautiful hand-carved mountain funiture, nice patio for dining and barbequing.
