Year Purchased: 2006
We grew up with the luxury of living 15 minutes from the beach and have been missing it ever since. After many years of visiting the Carolinas we discovered Seabrook Island and found our own piece of paradise. Pam loves the beach and Mike likes to golf so Seabrook is the perfect place for us and our grown children to get away together. We recently relocated to Augusta, Ga, which lets us spend more time on Seabrook. We enjoy sharing our home with other families when we can't be there ourselves.

The beauty of the beach, the privacy of the island, the unspoiled maritime forest and the proximity to Charleston make this the perfect beach location. For those who want golf, tennis and more there is always something to do. Our villa has a perfect location on the island, within walking distance to the best part of Seabrook's beach, our own pool right in the complex, and a west facing view over a marsh with the golf course in the distance. Families with children love the Sealoft complex with its cul de sac location that is perfect for bike riding and pick-up games. Just like a neighborhood should be.
