This is the perfect place to stay in Play Del Carmen! On the beach, beautiful pool, and a great condo for four women seeking refuge from the midwest winter! The pedestrian walkway is right outside the gate with wonderful eateries, bars and shopping! After a beautiful day on the beach with Adeen serving food and drinks from Fusion, re-setting our chairs to face the sun, and making sure we do not need anything, we relaxed on the beautiful balcony before heading out for dinner. The restaurant selection will meet anyone's desires and far exceed your expectations. We caught the ferry over to Cozumel and spent the day driving around a jeep. The ferry is only a couple of blocks away from Luna Encantada. Johnny arranged for Ivan to drive us to the ruins and snorkeling with the turtles. Combined with a day at Xplor, we rested on the beach for a couple of days and soaked in the sun!

Returned from this wonderful condo last week, my family had a great time. First time in Playa, loved it. White sandy beach and beautiful blue water, even the rain on and off for first 2 days didn't keep us from swimming in ocean and infinity pool. Joe was very helpful and answered all my questions, information given was very helpful and everything went smoothly. Great location, close to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Everyone at Luna was very helpful and friendly. Would love to return in the future.

Our stay at Luna encantada was amazing. The only reason I could not give it 5 starts was because the pool was not heated for the first week we were there. But the warm caribbean water made up for it. Service and local managment team is very attentive. You dont need an all inclusive resort since this location has many local eateries and bars within walking distance. Right outside the front door you have 15 pesos (~$1 dollar) Corona's. Walmart is only a 15 minute walk or a 4 dollar cab ride away. Very safe to walk out and about at night. Fusion restaurant right outside ON the beach was very good with live bands. Overall an excellent experience and will definately return as soon as I can.

We have stayed in a lot of all inclusive resorts and are so mad we did not discover this condo sooner! What an amazing condo, everything you could possibly need at your fingertips.. We are a family of 5 and stayed here in November, the location is amazing just steps from 5th avenue shopping, walking distance to Walmart to grab our groceries and breathtaking beaches right on the doorstep! Our kids ages 2, 10 and 15 didn't want to go anywhere else, they just wanted to hang out at the pool and beach all day long! All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and all the guests we met were very nice and helpful! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway, a romantic holiday or a great mexican vacation... Thanks to Joe for a seamless booking and a great condo to stay at!

We stayed at Luna Encantada H-2 in August 2009.It was the best location in Playa del Carmen. A beautiful,clean condo overlooking the pool,ocean,and cozumel, it is close to all your needs. Great bars, restaurants and a supermarket are all in walking distance. The condo provides all amenities to ensure an awesome vacation.

Oh my goodness, this place was WONDERFUL! I cannot believe how luxurious AND convenient this unit is! It was wonderful to be within a very short walking distance of all of our favorite "hang out" spots in Playa, and still have our luxury hide out to which we could retreat. The unit itself is well appointed with very comfortable and stylish furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked several times. 24 hour security was polite and helpful. On site management was wonderful as well. All in all, an excellent stay and excellent value!
