It is conveniently located near all activities and shops in Kailua-Kona. It is situated on Alii Drive right below the Keauhou Shopping Center and near the Outrigger Hotel. The Keauhou Shopping Center provides everything a traveler may need including a supermarket, drug store, Cineplex, urgent care, restaurants and more. The condo is walking distance from Kahaluu Beach Park, a public beach great for snorkeling and scuba diving. The bay contains a breaker wall making calm waters for all levels of snorkelers. It is also close to beautiful Magic Sands Beach where the waves challenge all levels of bodyboarding. Additional shops and restaurants can be found nearby in the heart of quaint Kailua-Kona. The condo itself is spacious and peaceful. There are three large-sized bedrooms, each include their own full bath. The second room has two custom-made double beds and its own full bathroom. The third bedroom houses a queen bed, a large walk-in closet and a full bathroom. The kitchen, dining, and living space are the perfect layout for a vacation setting. A large custom trestle table seats 6-8 and is the centerpiece for all meals and social time. There are also four countertop stools for additional seating. A 32-inch flat screen is conveniently located for viewing from anywhere in the area. The kitchen faces the dining and living area so no one is left out. The downstairs lanai is surrounded by the garden and is perfect for enjoying the Hawaiian sunsets. The pool complex is conveniently located diagonally from the unit. It offers a pool that includes a surrounding, submerged bench overlooking the ocean. It has two foot-deep children’s pool connected on one side and an oversized Jacuzzi on the other. Inside the pool area is also a community kitchen and gas grill for all your BBQ needs.
