Fantastic waterfront vacation home in Cape Coral, Florida; less than two minutes by boat (from our backyard dock/lift) to the Caloosahatchee River that leads to Sanibel Island, Captiva Island and the Gulf of Mexico.
This home is in LIKE NEW condition!! 2 spacious master bedroom suites with a wonderful master bathroom that includes a big jaccuzzi tub. All bedrooms have private updated bathrooms. The newly updated gourmet kitchen has all granite and stainless steal appliances. Enjoy outdoor living right from the living room and kitchen when massive walls of glass are opened to the covered patio and pool area. 4 new flat screen televisions and a 5th television you can enjoy from the covered patio and lanai area.
Beautiful screened in patio/deck with outdoor heated swimming pool. Very nice covered patio area with furniture - keeps you out of the sun if you prefer, but close to the pool, just in case you want to take a quick swim. Outdoor grill for cooking by the pool area. Directly behind the house is 120 feet of canal frontage with a sitting/sun area on the dock. Good fishing right off of our dock! You can rent a boat on our canal from Paradise Boat Rental Co. (additional fee) & be out on the river in less than 5 minutes and in the Gulf of Mexico in no time!! We highly recommend complementing your stay with our boat rental option. The boat rental company can also arrange boating lessons with a licensed boat captain for a small additional fee.
Very private double lot with a large circular driveway and a 2 car garage. The yard is manicured and professionally landscaped. Pick your own ruby red grapefruit, oranges, mangos, or limes with our compliments right from our trees
Close to golf and great fishing right off our large boat dock! Great restaurants, shopping & outlet mall are close by. Wireless internet access included in rental price. Just bring your laptop!

When we saw the photos and listing description of this home, I thought this is where we want to spend our vacation. This beautiful, comfortable home met all our expectations. The lanai is a place where you never want to leave. Floating in the heated pool, while looking out at the beautiful landscaping surrounding this home, was so fun and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch that overlooks the canal watching boats go by and even tried some fishing. We also had a turkey duck and her six baby ducklings come by for a visit. We rented this property for the month of February, 2012. What a great place. The pictures don't do it justice. The house is large, super clean and modern! The owner (Kevin) takes very good care of this place, inside and out. Kitchen was great and when you open all the sliding doors to the patio, the place becomes HUGE and great for entertainment. Kevin and Pal (property manager) were always available when needed (but we did not need much because the place has everything). We were fortunate enough to have wonderful weather which just enhance the experience.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is our second year in a row here. Everything is first class, from the house, to the owner and his manager. The house is set up perfectly for three couples or a family. Every bedroom has it's own private bath and the bedrooms are well separated from each other, with the living area in the middle. We love the location, looking over the canal from the pool area, and very quiet. This home will not disappoint.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cape Casa! The home is very lovely and clean. It is nice to have a pool and also be on the canal. We spent many hours sitting on the dock by the water. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is great, and we really enjoyed opening the sliding doors from the living room to the screened in pool area. We will be back again next year!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Lovely place with great rear garden and dock for fishing from.bikes well used in the morning for popping up to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast!BBQ well used when to tired to go out to one of the many restaurants around.Recommend Rib City (if you like ribs) and Annie's for breakfast.All very good and would love to return in the not too distant future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a great trip. House just exactly as in the photos. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms perfect for 3 couples. Owner and Pal responsive to requests. Only feedback would be a review of kitchenware and utensils - would benefit from a few chopping boards, extra dishes, utensils etc. However did not detract from what was an excellent vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

This is the 3rd year my sister and I have rented this house and every year it gets better. The lawn is absolutely gorgeous - like walking on velvet. We always go in the offseason and love the quiet. One day I was floating in the pool and all you could hear was the wind in the trees and the birds singing - it was glorious. I could just feel the stress falling away! We definitely plan to go back next year and for many years to come!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to anyone. The location is excellent, it is a short drive to shopping, restaurants and great beaches yet while you are there it is very relaxing and peaceful. The home is very well maintained with many modern upgrades and everything you need for day to day living is supplied. We spent many hours on the lanai and dock area, it is nicely set up. The property manager Pal is very nice and quickly takes care of any minor problems. If our vacation plans ever have us returning to the Cape Coral area, we would love to stay at this home again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
