This newly constructed, luxurious condominium is located in a quiet complex less than a half-mile from Misquamicut Beach. This spacious, tastefully decorated unit offers many amenities for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. Each of the two bedrooms has their own television for personal viewing. Higher end appliances throughout to include a Cuisinart Coffeemaker and Toaster Oven.
The kitchen is fully equipped with many cooking delights for your dining pleasure. The living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a 32-inch flat screen television with surround sound nestled above a gas fireplace. There is also an entertainment system featuring a DVD, VCR and five disc CD players for your enjoyment.
Located off the living room is your own private deck furnished with a small table and chairs for an intimate gathering. It is great for drinking your morning coffee or evening cordial while observing the distant ocean view.
There are many attractions to suit everyone interests. Enjoy great restaurants, shopping and biking right in Misquamicut or nearby Watch Hill (5 minutes away). Choose from a variety of golf courses, Winnapaug Country Club (5 minutes), Elmridge Golf Course (15 minutes away), or Fenner Hill Country Club (Hopkinton, 20 minutes away). Visit and tour the spectacular mansions of Newport or take a ride on the Ferry to Block Island (25 minutes away).
For the serious shopper, the Providence Place Mall is a gem (45 minutes away). Cross into Connecticut and try your luck Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods Resort Casinos (30 minutes) or spend the day in historic Mystic Seaport and Aquarium (20 minutes). For those who love wine, taste and tour the vineyards in Stonington (Stonington Vineyards, 25 minutes) and North Stonington (Jonathan Edwards, 25 minutes).
