My property its located in Isla Verde. The apartment is beach front with ocean view. You can see the ocean from the kitchen, the living room, and the 2 bedrooms. There is no A/C in the living room area, but if you open the windows you will have a very nice breeze from outside and you are going to be able to listen to the waves. Wi-Fi and cable in the apartment.
There is a Supermarket very close to my property and also Restaurants and Hotels. The beach that is in front of the apartment is a more relax beach, not a lot of people. If you walk to the left you will find what we called a 'natural pool'. But if you would like to feel around more people you can walk to your right about 5-10 minutes and you will start finding the Hotels and more tourists.
I recommend this apartment to anybody that wants to be very close to the beach but not where all the party is at. You will be close to the night life but not in the middle of all the crowd. We have more apartments available if this apartment is not available. Contact us!!

This was an amazing condo to stay at!!!! The views are beautiful from each room!!!! The beds were very comfy. And each room had the sliding doors for the closet and the doors were huge mirrors. That came in very handy since we went for my sisters wedding and she loved the huge mirrors, since she was able to see her entire wedding dress. The condo is on level 3, so you leave the windows open and this awesome breeze comes in... It was just very very cool!!!! You can even sleep with the windows open and hear the ocean waves and the breeze. It was very spacious. we then had our entire family come for dinner and we all fit, and we were 12, so yes, the living room is very spacious. Me and my family enjoyed it very much!!! It was great!!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!! Back at work... and missing very much the beautiful ocean and breeze. :( But over all, it was awesome!!!! I want to thank Franklin and Gretchen for letting us stay in their wonderful condo. Very spacious and clean.The view in the whole apartment is breathtaking. There is also a great breeze. Second year of renting from Gretchen and Franklin, always so friendly, attentive and helpful people. Great place to stay if you enjoy a beautiful ocean view and wants to be close to the beach. Very spacious apartment, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Very convenience location. The place was better than we expected. Amazing view of the beach (beach view in every room) and the owners were very accommodating. Gretchen and Franklin were very attentive whenever we needed anything. The condo was very clean. Supermarket is right across the street and a good selection of restaurants nearby. Our stay in this apartment exceeded our expectations! The view is spectacular from every single window and the apartment was fully equipped and very clean. The cross ventilation was great and we had a wonderful natural breeze flow thru the place once the windows were opened. The location is great with plenty of restaurants at walking distance. Very close to the airport. The owners were punctual and very friendly. The only thing that was not perfect was construction on the road but that will be done by the time we come back.
