This particular home is located on the 15th tee of the world famous Ventana Canyon Resort. The grounds of the property are a wealthy display of some of the desert’s most unique and beautiful vegetation and wild life. (On our recent visit to the property, we, native Arizonans, found species of cacti we didn’t recall seeing before.) Considering the immaculate Tom Fazio designed golf course, pools, spas, play areas specifically for dogs, hiking trails, jogging walkways, bird watching, and large plush trees canopying over the landscape, this spacious condominium will surpass your expectations. Because during your stay at your home away from home you may prefer to stay in a small radius around your accommodations, you should note that this ideal locale not only places you immediately near a plethora of dining and shopping options, it also positions you in the heart of an area that caters to first class taste –a fine foods market, upscale retail shopping (including Tiffany & Co., Brooks Brothers, Louis Viutton, and Coach –see. laencantashopping.cm), exquisite spas, and five diamond dining (including The Ventana Room). In a totally different vein, Tucson really shows its versatility because -in authentic old west style - a number of restaurants flaunting true southwest foods, style, and décor are a short drive away. Your home base for this Southwest adventure is a spacious 3 bedroom home with luxury appointments. With due respect to the quality status of the distinguished property, the recent remodeling included solid surface counters, dark wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances in the user-friendly kitchen. Each bathroom is also comfortably laid out and covered in clay colored tile. We believe our décor makes this home warm and inviting, from the bedroom to the living area containing a real wood-burning fireplace. The master holds a king-sized bed recently covered in memory foam to lull you to a sweet sleep. The second hold a queen sized bed with memory foam comfort as well.
Third bedroom is equally suited for a third couple or children. Comfortable and brightly colored striped bedding and a hip 2 level bed full-sized on the bottom and twin on the upper. This living area is now first class with the newly purchased flat panel TV and warm, welcoming décor.

Two full baths, full laundry, stainless steel kitchen, and 3 bedrooms looking up at beautiful mountain vistas. The mountain views in this unit are fantastic. If you open all the windows on the north side you will see wall to wall mountains from anywhere in the kitchen, living room and patio. The 2nd bedroom has a plush Queen bed with a desk and swivel chair in case you need a place to work. Enjoy morning coffee on your shaded balcony while watching the hummingbirds enjoy their breakfast. In the evening, sit outside and take in the famous Tucson sunsets or relax with a good book by your wood burning fireplace. In short, you may start to take for granted that you are vacationing in a completely serene environment –which makes you feel completely removed from your every day stresses.
There is covered parking, 3 sparkling pools (one heated)and 2 spas surrounded by natural beauty and lush landscaping, and a 24 hour secured exercise facility. A Club House with state of the art media equipment, designer kitchen, wine bar and a barbeque patio for gatherings. Home is fully equipped with linens, cooking and dining utensils; all you need to bring is your golf clubs, hiking shoes, bike and bathing suit! We’ve recently purchased new small appliances, additional kitchen wares, beach towels, bathroom toiletries, and new thick and stylish cushions for the relaxing patio ….
