Perfect Condo for a vacation
"We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute. The beach is great. You do need to walk a bit down to get a good sandy beach. The condo was great. Has everything you need (except you will need to buy more toilet paper, they only provide what is on the rolls, no extra rolls). Helpful hint, the bar next door is over priced and rude. Take the walk down the beach to Rainbow, the one with the red umbrellas where a bucket of beer is $15 and you can sit all day in their umbrellas, plus the beach is nicer down there. The food is great. Find the bakery where a baguette is $1."

"We enjoyed staying in this apartment for a week with our 5 years old son. We found the property exactly as we expected: nice and clean place, wonderful view of the sea, well equipped kitchen. Building location is also really good - never direct sun through the window.
I loved that sliding window. We almost did not close it listening waves and birds.
Jay is the best host, very thoughtful and caring. He provided us with lots of information, which we appreciate so very much. That helped us a lot. We rented a car and had some day trips around the island. We did not explore many beaches because of having a small child. We went to Happy bay, Orient bay and small beach next to Beach Club hotel. Apparently they all are great, but we liked Grand Case beach the most.
Restaurants are amazing and food was delicious.
I would definitely recommend this place for families with small kids."

"This condo is fantastic. It is SPACIOUS, CLEAN AND BRIGHT! It has everything you could want in a beach vacation rental for long or short term stays.
The living room/dining room are great; open plan and spacious but it's the view that really makes it so special! The kitchen is well equipped to cook your meals if you want to cook and the BBQ is big enough to cook for a whole family. I cooked every day and there was never a time I needed something and couldn't find it, including a chip clip to keep my chips fresh.
The bedrooms both had amazing beds (I’m a snob in this area – this makes or breaks a place for me). Each room had more than ample storage, en-suite bathroom, TV’s & DVD players. If 2 couples choose this rental there is definitely a master, but both rooms were great, one is just a little better.
The balcony is quite large and has dining table and some comfortable seating. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the binoculars (there are two sets in the wall unit) watching the birds and checking out some of the villas in Cupecoy & Terra Basses. There was also a large selection of great movies and books.
There is a sound system in the living room for you Ipod/Iphone, a printer with drivers in case you need to print something, a small open bar that we had a few drinks from on our first night. We left something for the bar when we left because we thought this was such a great gesture.
The washer/dryer worked great and there was a discreet collapsible drying rack on the balcony that was great for hanging our beach towels on at the end of the day.
There are beach chairs and floatees for the beach, a cooler and ice packs if you want to take food and drinks with you. There were plastic wine glasses to take to the beach! Ample beach towels. Sunscreen & Aloe galore.
We go to SXM a few times a year and we’ve stayed in quite a few different condos/villas but this is now my favorite. Maho is a great location and this unit feels like a home away from home right from the moment you walk in. Brian makes arriving and departing easy and stress free. Ultimately this place had everything I wanted it to and more, which made our time there so easy and relaxing. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place Brian - we hope to be back soon."

"Three of us stayed in this beautiful two bedroom condo for two weeks! Itis very centrally located in the quaint Creole town of Grand Case, right on
the beach! The highlight of the building is the balcony overlooking the
beach which runs the width of the three story building. The second and
third floor units (we were on the second floor) are completely furnished
with table for six, and large lounge area. You can sit out there all day
out of the sun if you like, and around 4:00 when the sun starts to come
around and it gets hot, you can move out to the balcony on the street side
where there is always a lovely breeze and shade at that time of the day, and
its a great spot for people watching! The bedrooms are on the street side
of the building. One has 2 twin beds and an adjoining shower/sink, while
the other has a king bed with ensuite shower/sink, and they are air
conditioned with very quiet units. There is only one toilet located
between the two bedrooms. The kitchen/sitting room are in between the
balcony and bedrooms and face the ocean with sliding glass doors the entire
width. There is no a/c in this area however if you open the back french
doors you get a nice cross breeze. The kitchen is very well equipped but
small. The lower floor is split between and office on the beach side one
one side and second bathroom, with a shower on the balcony for washing the
sand off. There is also a shared laundry room located in the back. There is
a small wooden deck off the front with stairs down to the beach. Beach
chairs and towels are provided as well as all other linens. There is also a
charcoal Weber grille for your use on the deck. The beach is very quiet, at
times we were the only people there. The sand is fine and white and the
water perfect for swimming because this area of the bay is protected so
there are no big waves. The view if the entire bay is fantastic. There is
one parking spot per unit off street which is great because the street is
one lane, one way and parking is hard to come by, especially in the evenings
when the shops and fabulous French restaurants open and the tourists from
all over the island flood in.
The building is very clean and well maintained. It is secured from the
street and beach sides with locking iron gates and has a security system, as
well as metal roll down shutters across the beach balconies. There is
satellite TV however there are only French channels. The wifi reception is
pretty good but can be a bit"
