  • Perfect family getaway!

"I invited my extended family for a long weekend away and this home in Weston was really the perfect host for it. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, there were a few areas to hang out - just off the kitchen there are two sitting areas that are great for socializing (especially with the cooks or at cocktail hour) or reading, and at the other end of the house is a TV and game room, so even a large group can enjoy the house comfortably. The kitchen and dining area is really well set up for a large group cooking and eating in, with plenty of dishes, flatware, and unique pottery serving bowls. My family kept remarking on how at home they felt, and even though there was plenty of space for eight of us (and really plenty more) that it always felt cozy (and it was a cold weekend!). Skiing, snowshoeing, cross country, hiking, shopping, restaurants, groceries and markets are all nearby - it's really a great location. Thanks so much to the owners for a great spot and for being wonderfully responsive and timely! That said, no one better rent the week we want next year!"

  • Mtn Biking and Brewery Tours

"The house was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy the local mountain bike trails and breweries. The Original General Store is the place to get breakfast and you can burn off all the calories on the trails to the summit. The house is only a mile from the start of the trails and so is the best pizza at Picarello's. This house would be perfect for a large group, but it was also affordable enough just for the two of us to spend a long weekend mountain biking."

  • Charming, Remote, Cozy

"My wife and I stayed for a romantic Valentine weekend. We love to cross country ski, cook and read. The cottage is about 30 minutes from Timber Creek Cross Country Ski Center, near Mt. Snow, and Grafton Ponds Cross Country Ski Area. Both are gorgeous! The cottage is sweet! Neat and clean and tastefully furnished with lots of windows and sunlight. Two wood burning stoves add heat and ambiance. Neighboring houses cannot be seen, just trees, sky and Mt. Snow. So, it feels totally remote and private. The owner is wonderful and truly wants his guests to have a great experience. We hope to return."

  • Great Spring Break

"We stayed in the perfect home with 3 families. The 12 of us had plenty of room. Adults had their space upstairs and the kids had their space downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed including a good coffeemaker. 2 of the 3 families had never been to Jay and loved the access to the mountain out the back door as well as the restaurants and water park. The hot tub was very clean as was the whole house. The radient heat in the ski room is a nice touch."
