The Space:

Absolute Serenity I is our 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath Condo with a large private deck overlooking the beautiful Chattahoochee River. Enjoy a nice walk to the park that is neighboring the condo, and enjoy easy and quick access to downtown Helen GA. This cute condo has a recent interior update is 2023 and has everything you need for your comfort. Large King bed, Comfy living room furniture, new stainless appliances, new countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, large rain showerhead, and new stack washer and dryer. Perfect for people traveling together with another couple as there is a condo in that same building on the third floor managed by Blue Creek Cabins. You will love the easy river access down below for swimming, fishing, tubing, and more. Enjoy quick and easy access to ALL of what Helen GA has to offer, Golf, Games, Food, Bars, Festhalle, and so much more. This Condo is perfect for those wanting to stay right downtown, park your car for FREE and spend the rest of your time site seeing and having fun.



IMPORTANT Notes:

Minimum age of primary renter: 25 Years Old

This is NOT a Pet-Friendly condo

The condo is on the second floor (no elevator)

FREE PARKING – parking spaces under and out front of the building

Firewood is available 3 bundles for $39.96 plus tax delivered (Monday – Friday Only for Seasonal Fireplace)

Seasonally decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas Tree, right after Thanksgiving and taken down right after the New Year’s holiday



We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay

Wonderfully cozy condo

We stayed for a weekend. The condo was clean and wonderfully furnished. The riverfront patio was the star. Sitting outside listening to little rapids while enjoying a coffee was the perfect way to relax Walking distance to the center of town was also another great perk.

We love Helen, GA and have loved vacationing here sor MANY years! When we were looking for places to buy we found these cute condos right on the river where you can enjoy the sounds of the water and wake up to the Chattahoochee River! We LOVE walking to the Fest Halle and enjoying Oktoberfest and other events locally! The restaurants in walking distance of the condo are perfect for late-night entertainment and great food! Waking up in Helen, GA is the best feeling ever and we are so happy to share our condos through Blue Creek Cabins with our guests!
