Cliffhanger is a wonderful holiday home based in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex, situated over three floors. Internally, there are six bedrooms: two first floor king size doubles with an en-suite bathroom, one first floor bunk and a second floor super king-size, and a triple room (zip/link) with en-suite shower rooms 6th bedroom is Super King with the possibility of being made up to a family room with en-suite. There is a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as a living room. Roadside parking is available. Outside has a private roof Terrace, decking area with a hot tub. Cliffhanger is the ultimate place to stay for families. Note: This property is suitable for max 12 Adults and 2 Children, not 14 Adults.

Amenities: Gas central heating, woodburner. Double electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, toaster, kettle. TV with freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking is available first come first served basis. Balcony area with decking and hot tub. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Local shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs less than 10 mins walk. Beach 5 min walk. Note: The living room has sofas and bean bags.This property has a private Roof Terrace. Beautiful house in stunning location

Cliffhanger is the most beautiful house with the most stunning views over the sea. We stayed as a group of friends and had a really wonderful time. The house was furnished beautifully and was spotlessly clean and was just a short walk along the seafront to lots of lovely shops and cafes. Would not hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again. Thanks for having us!
