This rental property is located directly on private Moody beach with steps onto the beach and has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property includes a BBQ and beach toys. This is a unit in a 2-unit building with side by side rentals. This is a unit in a 2-unit building with side by side units. Similar to most cottages on the beach, the minimum rental on season is one week in the high season. Only a couple weeks are available and you must select Sat-Sat in the summer because the rentals are weekly.

Perfect get awY

Enjoyed every moment . Our favorite place Moody Beach. Unit was spacious and comfortable. Would love to rent again, if possible. We are returning to Maine October 11-14, 2019. Please let me know if same unit is available . My e- mail Carolaferron@icloud.com. Thank you so much.

Moody vacation

I love Moody Beach. Loved the patio overlooking the beach. We ate dinner out there every night , lit a fire and stayed outside til late. Kids loved the easy beach access as did the adults. One drawback is the public way next to the house. That was our only thing that we feel Moody Beach association should do better posting beach houses have beach rights that the public way beachers don’t. Other than that we loved it.
