Summer House Across From French Broad River With 6 Free Tubes For Guests!!

This 4 bdrm 2 bath home is located 5 miles from the Biltmore Estate and only 2.6 miles from downtown Asheville! We have , 6 free tubes for guests for the river across the street and also cornhole on the deck and other small games as well. This is a city location with a factory across the street. City location with some light noise from cars Etc. You are only miles from the greatest attractions Asheville offers such as the Blue Ridge Parkway (10 Miles), River Arts District (3.2 Miles), Pisgah National Forest (34 miles), Nc Arboretum (11 Miles), Asheville Airport (16.9 Miles), New Belgium Brewing Company (4 Miles), Asheville Outlet Mall (8.6 Miles). This home is located in a small neighborhood and there is regular city noise here. We are very close to most of the main attractions in asheville and the house is in more of a "City" setting. Plenty of privacy here but the rental is not in a totally secluded location! We maintain this rental strictly as NON-SMOKING but just like every hotel and rental folks don’t always follow the rules so we always take measures to use ozone machines and professional cleanings to eliminate any smoke smell. This is RARLEY an issue but please be aware just like every rental property and hotel someone along the way has smoked in the rental so please use common sense when making decisions when you have extreme sensitivity to any kind of cleaning products, Odors, etc. We take cleaning the rental and our guests comfort and health VERY SERIOUSLY! So smoking in the rental WILL be a very hefty fee!! This home is also an older stick built home and has tons of character!
