Our home is not child proofed in any way so please message us to discuss if you will feel comfortable staying in our home with your young children. You will be 100% responsible for any injuries or damage sustained to the child and our home. This includes damage to our wood floors, walls and belongings.

Gatherings that include more than the guests staying at the home must have advance approval. Please message us regarding your needs to determine if we can accommodate your request. Some gatherings will require an extra fee or deposit. If Guests are authorized to have a gathering they are responsible for any damage or police violations.

Monday is trash day for regular, recycle and green waste trash (3 separate trucks). They usually arrive sometime between 6am and 8am. Please take the bins out to the curb on Sunday night and return them Monday morning.

The garage, some closets and cupboards have been secured and are unavailable to guests. Guests that attempt to access the secured areas will lose their deposit and be responsible for all missing items.

We have supplied many items that you may need such as a razor, shampoo, deodorant, some pantry items etc. Please use what you need but leave the remaining items.

Guests are responsible to leave the house, the outdoor deck and grill in the same condition as when they arrived with the exception of bedding and towels. Guests who overstay their reservations or misuse the house will be responsible for immediate expulsion and loss of deposit.
