This renovated 3 bedroom and 1 Bath ranch surrounded with 19 bright and airy windows is located 1 short block to sandy Wells Beach. The stairs to the beach are a 2 minute walk from the house. Low tide provides an enormous sandy beach, perfect for long walks/runs or riding bikes.
PERFECT HOME FOR FAMILIES! Quiet neighborhood and safe home for small children with a crib in master bedroom, children's movies/books/toys, potty seat, booster seat and beach toys.

We have been fortunate enough to spend a week in the Ogunquit/Wells Beach area for the past 20 years. "Maine, the way life should be" are our family's words to live by. It is the perfect combination of enjoying a sandy beach in a residential neighborhood (no busy streets to worry about) and being able to walk to shops, coffee shops, restaurants, arcade, playground and the Wells Trolley. The Trolley can take you up to the grocery store, movie theater, stores, miniature golf, brewery and much more. Now that we have children of our own, we feel very blessed to have purchased this amazing home in the best neighborhood Maine has to offer.

We are excited to share this gem with other families looking for a lovely vacation spot to create memories for years to come.
