The apartment is set in the heart of the Port of Nice, within 10-minute walk from the nearest beach and 500m from the Place Garibaldi and the entrance to the Old Town. Trendy bars, restaurants, boulangeries, patisseries and amazing artisan shops are located in the neighbourhood.

Accessed by a lift, this spacious apartment has an open-plan living/dining area and a large bedroom. The balcony has a table and chairs allowing guests to dine outside while enjoying a side view of the port.

You will have access to all rooms of the apartment as follows: an open-plan living/dining with two double sofa beds, a bedroom with a double king size bed, a very well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a sunny balcony.

Amongst many favourite things about the port area is the fantastic swimming at Coco Reserve beach, a locals hidden gem and the lovely walk you can take along the coast in the direction of Villefranche. The romantic coastline becomes more rugged with villas and apartment blocks perched on the cliffs edge with views across the Riviera. Mont Boron is on the hill above the Port area. Enjoy breath-taking views over Nice, the port and the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment is also ideally located for exploring the Cote D'Azur.
• The bus No.100 to Monaco, leaves from the Port bus stop.
• The No.81 to Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, leaves from the Promenade des Arts bus stop located behind the Place Garibaldi –Monoprix
• No. 82 to Eze Village. The nearest stop is Max Barel bus stop located on Boulevard Lech Walesa, just a short walk from the apartment.
• Nice Riquier train station is at the top of Rue Riquier approximately a 10 minute walk, where you can catch a train to Monaco, Menton, Antibes or Cannes.
• If you are using the tram, your nearest stop is 'Garibaldi’ at place Garibaldi.
