 CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL HOGAR
Reloj de sol A406 es un 1 dormitorio 1 baño directo frente al mar con capacidad para 4 personas.  Esta unidad está ubicada en el edificio A que es el más cercano a la playa dentro del complejo. Las habitaciones cuentan con un rey en el dormitorio principal y dos camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio.  El salón ofrece un sofá cama Queen. Hay una lavadora secadora para su conveniencia, así como un ascensor. Durante su estadía en este retiro en la isla, cene al aire libre en el lanai proyectado con vista al Golfo de México, relájese en las piscinas comunitarias impecablemente mantenidas y juegue una ronda o más de tenis en las canchas de tenis en el lugar. Por supuesto, no se puede pasar tiempo en las playas de arena fina de Sanibel. Happy

Only downside was lots of what I assume was yearly clean up with constant power washing and steam cleaning all around. Minor inconvenience. It is the first time I’d been at Sundial in the fall and it was after Labor Day. I’ve always been down in the spring and never noticed the commotion! My unit was AWESOME!

We enjoyed our stay,but a couple of suggestions.

We enjoyed our stay,but a couple of suggestions. We stayed two weeks--- we were provided two kitchen garbage bags, and two pods for the dishwasher. I know we have a responsibility to provide some of those things for ourselves, but these quantities are rather inadequate for a multiple week stay. Also we have stayed multiple weeks in other Sundial units where weekend cleanings were provided. I think you could better serve your customers by doing the same ( if a customer is not staying over,the unit has to be cleaned anyway). Your team was very responsive, bringing us an additional set of keys when our first ones would not work. Also, they promptly responded when we had an issue with one of the TVs. They did drop the "ball" in one instance. During our visit the water was turned off by the city for repairs or maintenance. We were in the midst of doing a load of laundry when the shutdown started. When service was restored, the washer overflowed. We had to use our towels to clean up the water. We reported this issue to the office ,and were promised fresh towels within the hour. We never got those towels.

Great ocean view!

Sundial is a beautiful resort we have been visiting for years. This unit is a great location- quiet, nice balcony to relax on, close to the beach, pool and grills.

Excellent Location

The beachfront location was wonderful! The condo was just as it appeared in the pictures. The bed was very comfy. The closet was big and had many hangers. It was very nice to have the beach chairs and the umbrella. We loved our stay!

We loved our stay at the SundialResort .

We loved our stay at the SundialResort . Hated to leave the beautiful weather. We would like to leave comment on the advertising of your units. It would be helpful if you would advise future quest of non access of the main pool and use of their cabanas and beach lounge chairs directly in front of the resort.. We were rudely made aware of this by someone on their concierge team. With that issue aside, everything else more than met our expectations. Was very thankful for the use of the units beach chairs and umbrella.

Loved the new recliner that was not pictured. Would suggest some type of window covering inside or outside of the bedroom sliding doors to block the sun in the mornings. Maintenance needed: ceiling paint is chipping in living room, refrigerator is rusting. I was a little concerned with the lack of security when we dropped off our key when we left. The Blue box had no lock. We had to find the phone number for the office in our paperwork to call. The employee said they would come out and pick up the keys. I think there should be a sign with a phone number on it to indicate to call when dropping off keys.

Can't get any closer to the beach!

Very nice condo with everything we needed for our stay. New king size bed was very comfortable! The views from the screened porch can't be beat. The only issues we had were the ice maker and garbage disposal not working.

We love this property and have stayed here before.

We love this property and have stayed here before. Ocean views from each room, a few steps to the beach and closeness to favorite restaurants make it just the best! We have been coming to Sanibel for years and usually make our reservation 6 months prior to arriving. During these unprecedented times, the members of the team were patient and attempted to answer all questions. We did not cancel and we clearly could have chosen a different week or gotten a refund. We phoned and emailed often and each call was handled professionally.

Location and view were perfect! It had everything we needed to cook for a week. Our only complaint is the master bed mattress was horrible. Way too hard and although I know it was just replaced it was obvious money wasn’t spent on getting a quality one. Mattresses are so important in a rental because guests want good sleep so this is the only thing that would keep us from renting here again. Very easy to check in and out

Beautiful view, uncomfortable bed

We love Sanibel. It's been our preferred beach to visit for over 30 years. This condo had a spectacular view of the ocean. It felt like you were on a ship. Unfortunately the huge king size bed had the worst feeling mattress I've ever slept on. It made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. We were to check out on Saturday and decided to leave on Friday night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our first time renting through Re Max and it was a very nice experience. They were very nice and so helpful every time I called and made changes. We have always stayed at Sundial in the past but had other family with us so we were in a larger condo. This time it was our first vacation being empty nesters and it was wonderful. And a lot quieter!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location as it is close to the beach. The disappointment for me is that I took the time to tell the Remax staff about how uncomfortable the bed was when I checked out LAST year. I found the same uncomfortable bed this year. The matress has a huge sag in it. When I check out this year I also told the staff about the bed. They did not seem concerned. Not good customer service in my opinion.
