MAGNÍFICO 2BD / 2BATH con enormes ventanas para disfrutar de la vista y un amplio patio y la cubierta para mejorar su estancia. Un valor añadido: Agua caliente !!

Esta hermosa propiedad se encuentra en la hermosa zona en el borde de Sedona llamado Pine Valley. No dude en llamar con cualquier pregunta acerca de la propiedad 480-980-7949.

Esta es una casa de 1600 pies cuadrados con grandes ventanas que dan a las rocas rojas increíbles y mágicos de Sedona. La propiedad está detrás de los bosques nacionales por lo que hay pocas casas que aún se pueden ver desde esta casa de diseño artístico. El sendero cabezas se encuentran en pie, la decoración única es divertido y festivo, pero sobre todo tiene que ver con las enormes ventanas y disfrutar de las vistas. También tiene un montón de privacidad. Hay una zona de comedor / mesa y mesas al aire libre para simplemente relajarse, así como una bañera de hidromasaje en la terraza y una barbacoa si los puntos de vista inspiran su talento culinario!
Está decorado pensando en la comodidad y un toque del suroeste. Se encuentra cerca de la ciudad, la tienda de comestibles, tiendas, restaurantes y, por supuesto, todas las rutas de su corazón desea.

Tiene una cama king en el dormitorio principal y una cama queen y un futón de tamaño completo en la habitación de invitados. E X C E L L E N T - THE property to stay when in Sedona area

Since years we make vacation in Sedona and now we found the best place to be.However, my dear wife and I are not sure what is better:- the way out from the house to the patioOR- the way in from the patio to the dining room / living room.Stunning property and exceptional well designed. The house blends in perfectly into the landscape. Lovely and unique details in every corner. The red stone walls and columns inside are exceptionally well planned and positioned.... brining the outside nature into the interior of the house. Patio is perfectly equipped: Webber gas grill to hot tube and plenty of furniture to eat and sleep and watch the stars and wildlife.... from every level around the house.

Spectacular Get-Away

If you want to relax and stay away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona proper, but want to be a short drive away, then this is your place. The architecture and the amenities of the home are superb. The outdoor wildlife is captivating and can be done from the comfort of a variety of outdoor areas, including the hot tub!

Amazing

Where do I start. I never had a better wake up call than the view from the master bedroom. The home had everything we needed & the stone work through out the home is beautiful. Great location to a lot of good trails. We had little visitors just about everyday to roll in the mud & cool off (javelinas). The hot tub is a nice spot to relax with a glass of wine and star gaze.

Terrific Views From This Backyard

Many others have indicated that this is a perfect stay. And, my husband and I agree. But another point to make is you are renting from a family invested in the community you are visiting unlike a corporate hotel chain. The Swifts want you to have an incredible visit to Sedona, and their rental home provides you the comforts of an architecturally exquisite property with awesome, private views from the backyard and large, glass windows. While the home has multiple bedrooms, we only needed one and found a comfy bed and a wide window from which to enjoy sunrise, mountain vistas and stars right from bed. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, and we enjoyed the gas grill and hot tub, too. But what was the very best part: total tranquility and no noise. We often sat on one of the two back patios to simply enjoy a libation and listen to birds, trees rocking in the breeze, the movement of some wildlife off in the distance. While their internet was fast and functional (and we used it when we needed to do some work), it was wonderful to simply unwind and be in solitude with nature. We have rented tons of properties through VRBO for at least 10 years, and this one certainly rises to the top of our list. We felt so fortunate that this family would share their exquisite property with us that was the highlight of our multi-state vacation. We'd certainly return here if in the area.

Fantastic Place to stay!

Enjoyed staying here very much. Home was clean and in great condition. Views were spectacular. Only suggestion would be an upgrade on the patio furniture, but other than that, this place is awesome!

Incredible Stay

We had the most incredible time during our stay. Everything from the views out of every window to the wild life (javelina‘s), the access to hiking trails or just spending a day walking downtown Sedona. We had a chance to meet Betsy and Mike (the owners) and they were so nice and welcoming, there if you needed but still have all the privacy you could want. The house itself is incredible on its own and a must see. Thank you for allowing us into your home, those are memories we’ll have forever!

Absolutely perfect

The house was gorgeous and the location couldn’t be more perfect and peaceful. The bed was super cozy and it was amazing to wake up to the views through the giant windows each morning. We saw so much wildlife from the back deck - a bobcat, javelinas, and more. We had everything we needed and we would gladly return in the future.

Few words….

…. but going to say a lot. Here are my issues with this rental: *You WILL want to go back. So don’t book if you think you only want to go once :) *It’s perfect, more than perfect. So… if you’re accustomed to finding things wrong… you’re out of luck here. *The house is perfectly situated right next to the most breathtaking views you’ve ever experienced. *Clean, clean, and super clean of I haven’t mentioned it. *The owner happened to drop by and I’ve got to say absolutely took our experience to a whole new level of enjoyment. He’s kind, responsive, respectful, and he gave us tips on the area we’d never have known about. He gave us the history of the house which caused us to love it that much more. *Hot tub, grill, views, beds, TV, internet, washer/dryer, and the master shower… incredible. My wife and I are already shopping dates for next year and if we can’t have this house - we’ll most likely go somewhere else. Don’t wait - BOOK THIS HOUSE - It MADE the trip.

Amazing place and views

Pictures do not do this house justice! The views are out of this world and the home is so uniquely designed. There are two suites on opposite ends of the house which gives a ton of privacy. There is also a loft you can get to with a ladder and another secret little area with a bed and an office. The location is idyllic, tucked away in the mountains away from all the busyness, but close enough to town to have everything you need. We love this place and will definitely be back.

Great house!

We enjoyed our first Sedona trip partly because of this beautiful house. We were away from the crowds yet convenient to services and trails. Views from this house are magnificent. Beds were a little too soft for us, but overall a 5* property.

Majestic Views and Tranquil Setting!

The design of this house was carefully planned and blends perfectly with the natural beauty of Oak Creek Canyon! If you are looking to unwind after a full day exploring all that Sedona has to offer, then this property is a must to experience! We sat every morning and evening on the stone patio admiring the beauty of Lee Mountain and listening to sounds of birds, watching the sunrise/sunset light up the rocks, and noticing an occasional visit from javelinas, rabbits, hawks, and hearing the howl of coyotes nearby. This house is equipped with amenities necessary to feel comfortable. Shopping, trails, and food options are just minutes away and we also took advantage of the nice kitchen to cook meals. The craftsmanship of the stacked stone and iron works are incredible to see and the decorations add a wonderful touch to this property! The owners are super friendly and helpful as they have been in the area for many years and provide suggestions on where to go and what to see. We highly recommend this home to enjoy your time in Sedona!

Perfect spot for our family getaway!

We were worried that our 18 & 19 year old “kids” would be bored being a bit removed from the action of Sedona…but this beautiful home ended up being absolutely perfect for us! We ALL loved the architecture, scenery and quiet mornings/evenings that this home provided! The layout was ideal for us and it was spotless! Homeowners were very responsive with a couple of questions we had and everything about our stay was a 10/10! We cooked some meals at home, ordered in and ate out! Every day was a new adventure - and the location was ideal! We hope to come back again soon with friends!

Views that you can’t imagine!

My fiancé and I found heaven in this home♥️The views are so incredible, that no photo could possibly do it justice! The beauty inside was equally impressive! Someone welded a lot of love into this beautiful place! Even the backsplash was art♥️The bed was Soooooo Comfortable it was almost impossible to get out! Of course hopping in the hot tub was a great incentive 😆Thank you Betsy! It was magical ♥️

This house was a prefect getaway for our girls trip. It was relaxing, peaceful, and quiet. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials. Outdoor patio is private, spacious, comfortable, and fully immersed in the natural surrounding. We watched the wildlife pass by. Owners were attentive and responsive when we had an issue.

This house is made to blend in with what you are visually seeing outside the windows that run all through the house. You have a million dollar view no matter if you are in bed or out on the patio. The wildlife is fun to watch all day. Quail, Javalinas, Deer, Coyotes all use the wash below the house as a highway to get up or back down from the mountain. You are in a box canyon but are only a couple of minutes from Oak Creek for restaurants, grocery store, shopping etc. If you book one place, this is it!

We bought this piece of property as a wedding gift to each other. We had our home built 6 years later.

We both fell in love with Sedona the minute we came here. We found every excuse to sneak away from the Phoenix area to enjoy our slice of heaven. When we had children we came up regularly and for every holiday. We enjoyed it with friends and family for over 23 years. Now that they are older we don't go up as often and thought we would share our special home with others.

Privacy and views. That's what we wanted to create when we had our unique home built. With hiking galore right out the back and around nearly every corner in our small quiet area. It's such a special area and place. You feel like you are living among the beautiful mountains themselves.
