Ce studio spacieux dans le Colony Island offre des vues panoramiques impressionnantes, depuis les rives de Waikiki, Diamond Head et The Moutain Range Koolau. Waikiki Beach est à seulement deux pâtés de maisons tranquilles, où vous vous trouverez, à droite au DUKE'S, sur la plage la plus célèbre du monde.

Meublé avec qualité, lit plate-forme queen, et canapé-lit gigogne, ce coussin de vacances élégant peut accueillir jusqu'à trois adultes confortablement, avec des draps et des serviettes pour tout le monde. La cuisine a des armoires de bois franc de qualité, double table de cuisson intégré, d'un grand réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, four grille-pain, service de café, tous les ustensiles, et le chef panier.

Perfect in every way

We had a great stay for over a month at this location. Very neat, orderly, and clean unit. The views were outstanding. The building, especially the pool and exercise room, were excellent as well. Our host was extremely responsive. Location is great, very close to shopping, restaurants, a few blocks from the beach. The view of Diamond Head and the ocean was gorgeous.

Unbelievable vistas!

Kamakani gave me a warm welcome upon arrival, offering a personalized tour of the property and pointing out where items were stored in the studio. The balcony view of Diamond Head and the surrounding area is just as stunning as shown in Kama's photo album. Island Colony, where the unit is located, is a central and easily walkable part of Waikiki. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in the neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, and the small kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The shower had excellent water pressure. I plan to return within the next two years and hope he’ll have availability when I reach out. Overall, I truly enjoyed his hospitality and can’t wait for my next visit!

Wonderful!

Our stay here was fantastic. The pictures of the view do not do the actual view justice ... the canal, beach, Diamond Head, sunrises, night time lights. Just amazing. The cool breezes from the upper floor made it so comfortable that we almost never used the ac (for the whole month of August). The gym, pool, hot tub and sauna were great to have just an elevator ride away. The nearby bus stops took us everywhere we wanted to go. Supermarkets are nearby (take the apartment phone number so that you are eligible for Safeway discounts). We are looking forward to returning. Thank you!

Great home away from home!

Convenient to all restaurants and beaches (Waikiki, Kuhio, Gray's, Fort DeRussy & Kahanamoku), on the quieter side of Waikiki. Easy access to bus stop at end of block, for travel anywhere on Oahu. Spectacular view of ocean, Waikiki, Ala Wai Canal (with kayaks and outrigger canoes) and mountains, including Diamond Head and Koko Craters. Don't miss the magical sunrises! Everything you need for an extended stay in kitchen and throughout condo. Large countertop toaster oven, stovetop burners and microwave, to cook a feast and enjoy the balcony view after dark. Extra pillows, blankets and towels, plus high speed Wi-Fi (100+ Mbps) if you need to work while in paradise. Strong breezes on 41st floor, plus good AC and a large fan. Excellent condo!

What a great view. Wonderful to wake up see Diamond head and the ocean. This place is well equipped with everything you need. Owner/ manager met me on arrival, showed me everything, incredible hospitality. It is an older property, which is fine. The beveled windows are a bit loud. The one issue is that the pool was closed for 14 of the 30 days that I was there and I only found out when I arrived. The property had no other arrangements which was frustrating, especially as there's a rooftop pool right next door.

Absolutely amazing condo

This condo is the best place I have ever rented in my time coming to Hawaii. It was clean, spacious, and had everything you could possibly need for a long term stay. The location and views cannot be beat. Communication with the owner was seamless. I had zero issues with the building or the amenities provided. Wonderful pool with hot tub, great deck with grills, and amazing views.

Kama delivers true Hawaiian aloha! Building centrally located within Waikiki, everywhere is walkable. Health club is ok in case it’s a rainy day and you still would like to get in a workout. Can’t beat the views from this unit anywhere!,

VIEW, VIEW, VIEW!

Our stay at Island Colony was perfect! What made it better was Kama. His knowledge of the island and his hospitality was far and above what we ever would have expected. The pictures of the view from the Lanai on vrbo do not do it justice. Just a spectacular/gorgeous view. Thank you Kama for making our stay priceless.

Perfect location in Waikiki!

The condo was exactly as expected after reading the description and viewing the pictures online and is a great value for the price paid. The free parking pass was a wonderful perk. Another bonus is the very large lanai with the couch. The views from the 41st floor are amazing. Bernie, the apartment manager was very nice to work with and even gave us early check-in as well as late check-out. We contacted him regarding internet issues via text and he followed up with a phone call shortly after to make sure all was well. He also left cold water for us in the fridge as well as candy and coffee. Thanks so much Bernie! There is even a supply of beach equipment in the apartment for your use. We really appreciated having 2 beach chairs and I am sorry we only had time to enjoy them once. Only slight negative is that the air conditioner is a window unit that doesn't work as well as we would have liked, but it definitely still helps and the unit also offers a fan. I understand that it was unusually warm during our stay and perhaps the AC just couldn't quite keep up. If I am ever lucky enough to return to the Waikki area, I would definitely stay again.

The condo has all the comforts of home, centrally located and the view is spectacular!

The condo complex is very nice, it has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, barbecue grills, laundry room and convenience store on site. You can walk to the beach, stores and restaurants very easily as it is right in the heart of Waikiki. This unit is truly a bargain compared to other properties listed and the property owner is very responsive, it is well worth the price and I highly recommend it!

Very comfortable for 2 adults. Convenient to everything in Waikiki! The pool area was lovely, and Bernie was very welcoming and helpful. We had a great stay, and would love to come back. The coffee shop in the outside lobby was a plus.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr gute Lage und unbeschreibliche Aussicht

Kama hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns erst einmal alles erklärt und ein paar Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sicher nicht sehr groß - aber durch den großen Balkon mit unbeschreiblicher Aussicht hat man ein super Außen-Wohnzimmer. Alles ist in guter Laufnähe: Bushaltestelle, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Waikiki Beach... Der Pool-Bereich mit Jacuzzi ist gut geeignet, um Abends noch zu relaxen. Wenn wir in unserem Leben noch einmal nach Honolulu kommen, ist dieses Condo unsere erste Wahl! Mahalo!

Beautiful views of Diamond Head and Waikiki.

We were so pleased with Kama's condo. It is small and is stocked very well. Close to all the action yet feels like you're lifted out of the hustle and bustle of the City. We enjoyed the balcony and the availability of the little market right in the complex! Be sure to keep the air conditioner on while you're sleeping as you'll want to drown out the city noise. Thank you for the delicious coffee and macadamia nuts, Kama! Bernie was very helpful too!

Great views, fantastic location, and wonderful host!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in April. Kamakani was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to all our questions before arriving and communicated arrival details the week before we arrived. Everything was super easy. Kamakani met us at the condo, assisted with parking and made sure we knew where to find everything and explained any house rules. Very helpful for our first time to Hawaii! The condo was beautiful. It's up high so you're away from most of the street noise and it's in a quiet location but close walking distance to everything Waikiki. There's even beach gear provided. Everything was super clean. The condo had a nice breeze during the day but does have air conditioning which we used at night to help with humidity. All of the pictures posted here are exactly as the condo looks. We can't wait to come back someday. We'd definitely book here again!

This was our first visit to Hawaii and it couldn't have gone any better. The room was cozy ,the bed was very comfortable and we both slept great. The view out on the balcony of the sunrise was incredible. The room had everything that was in the information packet and Benie had the ac running so the room was already cool when we arrived. Thank you very much Kama and Benie for the wonderful accommodations and we would love to visit again

Waikiki is still very much "a Magic Place" and the Island Colony has one of the best views possible. It is the tallest building in Waikiki and my Unit (#4103) has a full Diamond Head view with ocean views on both sides of Diamond Head. From the first time we opened the front door, we were amazed by the view and it was the first time we saw the outer islands from Waikiki.
