This newly remodeled apartment really is a very special, comfortable space. This apartment is fully furnished and ready to enjoy. It's centralized location and close proximity to Lake Superior will provide guests a great opportunity to either engage with the hustle and bustle of Grand Marais summer life, or simply sit back and relax while taking in the incredible views. As a long-time resident of the area, I am committed to making sure all guests get the most of their stay. My wife (Jennifer) and I have have been in the property management business for many years. She was born here in Grand Marais, and I met her and have been a resident of the area for 15 years. We love everything about the area, and are active, outdoorsy people. We would love to help you plan your stay as well as provided you this beautiful apartment to enjoy.
Why they chose this property
We were drawn to this property, primarily because of the views and the size of the lot. This building sits on a hill overlooking the village and Lake Superior. Nearly every room has a unique perspective of both the lake as well as the downtown area. Everything is close.
What makes this property unique
One of the most unique benefits to this property is that everything is within walking distance. It is close enough to all the action to participate without parking, but far enough away for it to be a quiet space when needed.
