Spacious, comfortable, Fantastic Host!

First, the home... seems brand new. Everything is clean and new. The instruction book on using things like the TV (always a challenge!) was really thorough. Whenever there was a question, there was an answer in the book! The house is huge and the neighborhood safe and quite -- but close to downtown restaurants and bars, and for us, a great place to base ourselves for day hikes in the mountains. I would absolutely come back here without looking at what else was out there in the area. (This is a hint people -- if you are reading this and trying to decide to book -- do it!!) Okay, the other really big thing. Hospitality and interest from the owner. I will preface this with the confession that I think I'm a pretty good host, I rent my home on HomeAway, and over the years have nothing but 5-star reviews. However! I learned a lot from Wei. This guy is a SuperHost! He responds to questions instantly, professionally and does extra little (and not so little) things to make sure his guests have a great time. My wife and I agreed that we were stealing some of his great ideas and would implement them immediately at our home. So, a big thank you to Wei for his hospitality and wonderful home that will be part of a vacation memory for years to come! M&K

Great condo, great host!

Very responsive owner with helpful restaurant recommendations! Great hospitality. This condo was great for our group of 6. Very comfortable, clean, and like new. It’s a quiet location tucked off a major street and very central. There’s even a park with playground right across the street! It’s about a mile south of the main part of downtown, so with small children and elderly in our group, we didn’t end up walking to restaurants as I originally thought we might. There are a fair number of stairs, as all the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, and the first floor only has a sitting area (that can be converted into sleeping area) and a bathroom. The train horns at all hours could be off-putting to light sleepers. Despite these quibbles, our family enjoyed a wonderful time here!

All was Great!

Wei was extremely helpful on guidance and recommendations for the area, as well as being very attentive with communications before and during our stay. Everything was very clean and as advertised. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we are in Colorado Springs.

Vacation success

This place was great. We have stayed in many condos, cabins, and hotels all over the U.S. and this townhouse was one of the cleanest we've stayed in. Very well stocked even had tide pods. Did have to go buy hangers for clothes but we can always use extra hangers at home. Owner was very responsive and helpful with area attractions. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Colorado Springs.

Fantastic Place! Great Location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay during USAFA Parent's Weekend. The location was extremely convenient for traveling to and from the Academy for various events. The home was comfortable and our cadet could truly relax during our stay. It was wonderful to be able to cook a home-cooked meal and not have to go to a restaurant. The kitchen was stocked with common spices, however, the pepper was out. No big deal and I left a note with housekeeping on our last day. My only suggestion would be to have more washcloths. A bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth was provided for everyone or two sets for each bedroom, but having two washcloths would have been nice. The laundry on the third floor with the bedrooms was extremely convenient and all laundry supplies were available. Very nice that we could easily do laundry during our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again on Parent's Weekend. All of us enjoyed our stay. Wei is wonderful to work with. Thank you again!

Excellent vacation house!

We 7 people including 2 in their late 80s spent 1 week in this vacation house for the USAFA Graduation Week. The house was very clean and well decorated. With almost everything you need from cooking items, clean beds and sheets, toiletries, even board games, etc. Since we had a lot of events during the Graduation Week, the house location was very convenient to get to USAFA and Garden of Gods, Manitou Springs and other sightseeing places. The owner was very friendly, responsive and had great hospitality. We definitely will stay there next time when we go to COS!

Great place in downtown. Well furnished.

The apartment/townhome well furnished and clean. Wei was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the snacks and wine. Highlights for us were the washer and dryer, very nice kitchen, and lots of room. The only negative was the nearby train that does run at night. All in all a great place and would recommend.

Great home! Great host! Great location!

Wei was a gracious host. The home was in excellent shape with all the amenities, even down to the snacks that were placed on the kitchen table. We throughly enjoyed our stay, minus the nearby noise from the train.

Great spot! Clean, spacious and an organized host

My group enjoyed a 3 night stay and left very impressed. The home was spacious, clean and included all the amenities we could have asked for. Wei was an excellent host, easy to contact and provided clear instruction on check-in/check-out. Beautiful open views of the mountains was a bonus - definitely recommended!

Beautiful Property!

Our family visited the Springs for graduation. This property was in a great location and it was set up beautifully for a larger group. The three bedrooms are spacious. The unit was set up with everything that we needed for the long weekend. The owner was very accommodating and welcoming. The kitchen/second floor area was the perfect spot for the group to gather. It was very quiet and private even though we were all staying here together. We will definitely return.

Company convention

Enagic hosted some of the in state sales reps at this property for the yearly meet up. We had a blast! The owners definitely went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We hosted dinner for 8 reps, plus families and friends. The house was very roomy and accommodated all of us. We will definitely book this home again for future meet ups and company retreats.

Excellent Place to stay in Colorado Springs.

We took a short trip to the Colorado Springs area to do some sight seeing, and visit some old friends. This place is much bigger than I expected and the property was very clean and kept up. The amenities provided were definitely better than a hotel, and booking this place saved us a decent amount of money. We would recommend this place to any friends and family!

My high school friends and I spent a week in Colorado Springs and rented this lovely home. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in downtown with a beautiful view of the mountains. This home was spacious and comfortable and fully appointed with everything we needed. All bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of space for eight women. Every morning we enjoyed coffee out on the patio where we enjoyed so much of the mountain view. I would definitely recommend this lovely vacation home to everyone.

Family Reunion

Our first time to Colorado, and it was so much fun! Glad we found this vacation rental through FB. A friend of a friend of a friend actually suggested we stay at this home instead of a hotel. We have a family of 7, and this was much more affordable than to get 3 hotel rooms. The owners were very accommodating, and actually showed us around downtown Colorado Springs! They went above and beyond. Thank you again for the memories!

My name is Wei, and I am originally from Taipei, Taiwan. My family migrated to Las Angeles when I was around 10 years old. After High school, I went to college at the University of Colorado at Denver. I have been in Colorado now for almost 20 years! I love the outdoors and new adventures, so Colorado was a great fit for me. Next to me is Amber, my partner in crime. She is a native of Colorado - True "Pioneer" of Colorado. Her family has several generations of roots in this beautiful state. This was our home for many years, but we have decided to pack our bags and go see the world! We have had many fun adventures these past several years, and experienced a tremendous amount of personal growth through our travels. We decided that it was time to uproot, and see where life takes us next. We have made everlasting memories here, and I truly hope that it will bring you the same.

I got into Real Estate in my mid 20's. After working in the industry for several years, I bought this place as my primary residence. It was the view that sold me! You can not get a better view of the mountains! This home has a very unique mix of contemporary and rustic feel.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Location. You can literally walk everywhere downtown. I wanted downtown living, but I was not in love with the older Victorian style homes commonly found in downtown Colorado Springs.
Just personal taste. This has the best of both worlds. It is also a scarcity to find a home this size in the downtown area.
