Here's what our last guest ( Easter weekend (2018) had to say about The Carriage
"“Loved this beautiful place overlooking a vineyard. An artists eye in the decor. Peaceful and relaxing space inside and out. The little touches like lavender smelling sheets and towels made you feel like you were at a spa. Close to the downtowns of Solvang, Santa Ynez, and Los Olivos. Plenty of shops, restaurants and wine tastings rooms! Walking distance to a great walking/running path that goes for miles. Also walking distance to an awsome grocery market El Rancho for amazing prepared foods, coffee, smoothies, breakfast items already prepared so there's no need to cook!! Casino is short distance away as well.” Ann
Reawaken your senses to the beauty of unbridled nature. The view alone will help you rekindle your sense of self. There is a legendary story about Brave and Maiden the magnificent vineyard that accompanies your view. (
Either for two days or a week or longer come and experience the romantic charm of this special place. The view of the mountains, lush and green, the vines bursting with grapes, the stars glittering at night casting the shadows of the moon across the vineyard. Awaken in the morning, as the light foggy air roles in and glistens on the leaves of the vineyard and the chateau beyond, you will think you are dreaming somewhere in France. A recently restored 1920's Carriage House which sits overlooking 300 acres of vines in Solvang/Santa Ynez Valley. Private. Quiet. More beautiful than Provence. Magnificent gardens adorn this one of a kind property with private entrance. Perfect for 2 people for any occasion. A weekend escape from the confines of a city.
