This vacation home, called 'Del Regolo', is a stunning 7-room house that spans across 180 m2 on 2 levels. The furnishings are simple yet beautiful, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

On the first level, there is a spacious living/sleeping room that features a double sofa bed, satellite TV, and international TV channels. Guests can exit to the terrace from this room, which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Additionally, there are two rooms on this level, each with a french bed (160 cm) and shower/WC. Both of these rooms also have an exit to the terrace.

The dining room, which features a dining table, is also located on the first level. Adjacent to the dining room is a small kitchen that is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, 4 gas rings, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Guests can also exit to the terrace from the kitchen.

There is a shower/WC located on the first level as well, and gas heating is available throughout the entire house.

On the upper floor, there is a spacious living room with satellite TV and international TV channels. Guests can exit to the balcony from this room, which provides another stunning view of the surrounding area. There is also another living/sleeping room on this level that features a double sofa bed, satellite TV, and international TV channels. Guests can exit to the balcony from this room as well.

In addition to the living areas, there are two rooms on the upper level. One of these rooms features a french bed (160 cm) and shower/WC, while the other room has 2 beds (80 cm) and a shower/WC. Both of these rooms have an exit to the balcony. There is also another shower/WC located on the upper level.

Guests can enjoy the balcony, terrace (partly roofed), and patio during their stay. The vacation home also offers a barbecue and deck chairs for guests to use.
