                                          The bad: major need of updating, really dusty furniture, tvs, glass mirrors. Dirty windows, Dining table unstable, old furniture, old carpet. Shower head trickles, so a typical 10 minute shower lasts 20+ minutes. Only 1 of 2 hot tubs was operable each night and they were between 101 & 102 which is hardly hot enough for a bath, let alone a hot tub! The one roll of paper towels had only 2 sheets, so we had to run out for those. The guy below us came knocking the first 2 of 5 nights requesting we not jump on the ceiling. We assured him we are just walking normally, and that we hear the people above us as if they are elephants on parade, but we are confident it's just a really old, poorly built building, so we can't blame the upstairs neighbors for it. thankfully the man never returned. <br />

                                          The good: the views, the location. Ultra-comfy beds, pillows and extra blankets aplenty, generous with toiletries. Convenient, easy check in & check out.<br />

                                          Great for our needs. It takes a bit of acclimating.

                                          I loved the layout of the unit and what it offered us for our stay. I would definitely come again. It was a bit of a maze to find our unit and the exterior light was out outside our unit making it a little dark to enter our lock box number at night.. I had no idea where to find the office to report that. I would suggest they include a map of the complex when they send out the arrival information. We never did actually check in or out. We were given the key pad number ahead of our arrival and came and went without ever visiting the office or talking to any staff.

                                          The décor of the condo hasn't been touched since 1990, right down to the princess telephone and dial up modem instructions. Housekeeping did a good job, but the carpet is so dirty, it should have been replaced 10 years ago.

                                          Great location in Dillon. Good amount of stairs to schlep luggage, unless you wheel over to he elevator, then only half flight.

                                          Ancient televisions, so don't plan to watch the big game on a tiny screen.

                                          Vacasa Management offered a very reasonable fee for a late 7pm checkout. I would suggest a more updated property unless none are available.
