Waterfront Main House & Guest Cottage- Casco Bay, So. Harpswell.

PLEASE READ ALL THESE DETAILS CAREFULLY.

All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday for ONE WEEK MINIMUM STAY. If there are exceptions they will be noted in the calendar.

The cottages are completely furnished except Renters agree to provide their own sheets, pillow cases, and towels. (Larger Cottage: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 bunkbeds. Smaller Cottage: 2 twins & a queen sleeper sofa). If this is too cumbersome you may make an inquiry to the owner for other arrangements which may be possible for an additional fee.

CLEANING. We are having trouble getting cleaning help. There is a cleaning fee that is refundable if the cottage(s) are left neat and clean. Owner will leave instructions. We have extended check-out time on Saturday from 10:00 to 1:00 PM so departure should not be a rush. Check-in time is 3:00 PM on Saturday.

The FLOAT/DOCK goes into the water in mid to late May and comes out in mid September.

RATES. The rent quoted for May/June & September/October is just for the larger cottage; if you wish also to rent the smaller cottage during your stay, please contact the owner. In July and August the cottages are rented together.

LARGER COTTAGE is at the water's edge with 180 degree vistas of water & islands from large windows & side deck. Privacy, sunny exposure (southeast). One floor living with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath w/ tub and shower, large kitchen, living room, dining area, sun room, and laundry facilities. King bed; Queen bed in room with bunk beds.

The GUEST COTTAGE is set back from the water with water views from all rooms and 2 decks. Bedroom on second floor; on first floor 1 bath w/ shower, kitchen, living room with cathedral ceiling & dining area. Convertible couch on first floor.

OUTDOOR BBQ & picnic area, hammock in sheltered area w/ water view, outdoor & indoor showers. This is a DEEP WATER property with a mooring available for use along with a skiff to row between the mooring and the dock.

Both houses are rented TOGETHER during the summer season -- July and August with
ONE WEEK MINIMUM STAY. This is a NON-SMOKING property.

The property is located within walking distance of the new and highly acclaimed Dolphin Marina Restaurant. Also Erica's outdoor restaurant. And charter boat service to nearby Eagle Island.

Spectacular location and views. High tide just feet from the house. Watched herons fish every morning. The dock was perfect for our 25 foot motor boat. Swimming great off the dock and on the pebble beach. The dogs took themselves down to the water every day for a leisurely swim. Calm seas allowed great paddleboarding and the Harpswell pennisulas are wonderful for riding our bikes

Oceanfront living

We had a wonderful time in Harpswell, and Sarah was highly communicative throughout our stay. Key highlights were the expansive lawn overlooking the ocean and direct access to the beach during low tide, proximity to Dolphin Marina & Restaurant and Erica's Seafood, and a dock directly in front of the house that made boat rides easy.

Soooo nice!

Wonderful week again. It was a whole new place because we were there at the end of summer. In fact it was 90 degrees that whole week. Sarah had a couple of floor fans that made it very pleasant. I hope I can afford a stay next year. Bonnie

Fantastic Harbor House

We had a great stay. The views are breathtaking and there were plenty of hiking trails close by. Owner was very responsive. The house was very well stocked with appliances and cookware. We will be back.

This has been the 3rd Sept/Oct that we have stayed on Juniper Ln. The views, the weather and the house is great. Our dog loves the walking and I enjoy chatting with residents. I think 4 will be a charm.

Waterfront Vacation

My husband and I brought our adult children and grandchild for a family getaway. Everyone enjoyed it! It's a great place to just sit outside and enjoy the water view. The rental was perfect for our family including the small cottage. My son and d-in-law really enjoyed being able to buy lobster right down the road! Since the rental is quite a ways from town, I ordered our groceries from Hannaford ahead of time and picked them up on our way to the rental. That worked out great! Would highly recommend.

Summer 2022 family trip

August 2022. Family trip with my best friend and 3 adult children, 3 dogs. We loved the cottages and private property. Searching the shoreline for beach glass was a favorite activity for all. Plenty of space for everyone with the 2 cottages. The owner was available for any questions. The place had everything you need. We cooked lobster from Allens, visited Erikas seafood and The Blue Dolfin . They were both at end of road, 5 minute walk. I hope to stay again. The only thing we didn't have that we wished we did were kayaks to venture out in the cove.

Incredible location and loved the two homes on the property- plenty of space for three generations - kayaked and paddle boarded every morning be dinner at Erika’s after visiting the beach. Thank you!!!

Amazing location!!!

This property was perfect for two families: one in each cabin. The location was amazing: beautiful views, a dock, and two excellent restaurants within walking distance. We actually chartered a boat one day and they came and picked us up on our own dock! So cool! The cabins are very comfy and kitchens are well equipped. I highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful Location

We had a lovely stay in Harpswell. The property is ideally located and great for families. My parents stayed in the smaller cottage while my husband, kids and I stayed in the larger house. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. View from the dining room is spectacular. The restaurant at the end of the road is a 10 min walk from the house and the food and views were amazing. Nearest town is a 25 minute drive.

A Great Stay in Maine!

We're so happy that we booked this house. Sarah was very friendly and attentive and the house is beautiful! We love visiting the coast of Maine this time of year and this trip did not disappoint! We will be looking into booking again for next May.

GREAT!!!

This is the 2nd year for us and the weather this year was wonderful. The house and property is so comfy.....inside and out. Being right on the water is relaxing and watching the lobster boats come in and out. Sarah has made sure that we had all the comforts of home. We felt that we belonged there.

Cozy Cottage on a Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful oceanfront cottage w/ all the amenities needed. Off season stay made this the perfect place to relax with only birds and lobster boats as entertaintment, just what we love! Close to fresh lobster and a splendid meal at the nearby marina restaurant. Gorgeous sunrises, sunsets and even double rainbows, lovely from start to finish!

Gorgeous views from a cozy cabin

Came here with my husband and 21 year old daughter. Ideal setting as she could have her own space and we could still have family time. The view from the dining room table is breathtaking...my husband and I watched the sunrise every morning. Then we would go for a walk up the road which was surrounded by flowers which attracted dozens of butterflies! It was nice to be able to cook our own meals as well as eat out. The only tiny concern I had was that it was quite cool when we went (early October) and the heat in the room with the queen sized bed did not work. But there were lots of blankets so that helped a great deal. Board games galore gave us some great times. Highly recommend this place and hope to go back again someday!
