This rustically elegant Blue Ridge cabin has every amenity imaginable including three private bedrooms and baths on each floor, and that small kitchen on the terrace level with a large refrigerator and microwave really makes it convenient, especially if you just want to have your morning coffee without joining the main crowd upstairs. Being able to hear the Toccoa River on the decks while perched on that quiet private hill is truly relaxing and so serene, and if you have kids - being able to walk to the Lilly Pad Village for gem mining, putt putt in the woods, and fishing in the pond is just icing on the cake! Aska Escape Lodge has always been a fan-favorite for our guests over the years and for good reason. The homeowner has taken great steps to provide any items our guests may need. Aska Escape Lodge's kitchen is extremely stocked with everything one could desire: several sets of dish ware, a variety of pots and pans, an array of cooking utensils, serving dishes, and so much more. Regarding your additional guests, we would like to address your comments. Our rental agreement which you signed twice expresses very clearly that all guests must be registered guests. You had inquired before your arrival about the possibility of additional guests spending a few nights, and, after we outlined the policies, you never replied to us. Then, on the day of your arrival, you texted us to inform that you would be having four additional visitors, which would blatantly exceed the maximum occupancy for this home. As the property manager, we liaison between the owner of the property who has a huge investment in the home (high six figures) and the guests. We try our best to accommodate requests, but we have to abide by insurance coverage and our agreements with the homeowners. Rather than accept the policy which we had been upfront with you about from when you signed the rental agreement, your family took to harassing ours repeatedly over the course of the week, including your brother calling us multiple times to threaten our young female staff. Again, we do our best to work with our guests and their desires, but some requests breach the rental agreement and cannot be approved. We wish you the best in your future travel endeavors.

We are sorry that you had a hard time getting to the cabin, however, we called the day of your arrival and asked that you not use GPS but the turn-by-turn directions as they are accurate. Our office was open until 8p and spoke with you as you were lost. We made sure you arrived at your cabin and that the code worked. GPS does not work accurately in the mountains, and that is why we contact our guests before they travel to stress the necessity of using our directions. Just because a cabin is deemed pet friendly doesn't mean that any and all pets are welcome. We have strict limits on pets and there are fees associated with pets. We know the pet policies on our website as well as our Rental Agreement, so it is unfortunate about the misunderstanding of your interaction. We have a responsibility to the homeowner of this home to keep it as pristine and luxurious as they have set it up for guests to enjoy. Visiting Blue Ridge during that time is the perfect to get into the holiday spirit! Aska Escape Lodge is outfitted with many luxury furnishings and amenities, allowing for fond memories to be made in and out of the cabin. Aska Escape Lodge's location is right in the middle of the Aska Adventure Area, making it perfect to visit some of the hiking trails, waterfalls, and other family-friendly activities that Blue Ridge boasts. As evidenced by the photos, Aska Escape does have a wooded view, but you can hear the rushing water of the Toccoa River way below as well as other nature sounds while enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch. In regards to the bed size, there are 2 Kings and 1 Queen which was recently updated per the owner.
