SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION: 1st air-conditioned double bedroom, 2nd air-conditioned double bedroom and private bathroom with shower, 3rd bedrooms with French beds. Second complete bathroom with shower.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES: equipped veranda, stone barbecue, outdoor shower, laundry room with washing machine and sink, Wi-Fi, two parking spaces, mosquito nets and pets allowed.

Please also remember that for all structures equipped with an air conditioning system, energy consumption will be adjusted to consumption (€0.35 x Kw) after reading the Enel meter on the day of check-in and, subsequently, on the day of check-out . This decision is dictated by the improper use of air conditioners by many tourists who, regardless of the economic damage caused to the owners, often leave home for several hours leaving them on indiscriminately. Finally, it should be noted that responsible use of such equipment will produce, according to the statistics in hand, an average consumption of €35/40 per week; certainly a modest sum that will in no way aggravate the cost of a holiday.

The municipal tourist tax excluded (to be paid on site) is equal to €1 per day in the months of May, June and September; €1.50 per day in the months of July and August, per person up to a maximum of 7 nights.
