Master bedroom has queen bed. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a King. wifi, You can walk/bike to Montecito Village and shopping/restaurants/beach. Downtown Santa Barbara is only 2 miles away!

Great house and yard in south Santa Barbara for girls trip. Very comfortable beds in quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Beach is over a mile walk but a quick 5 minute drive. Check in and out was super easy. Cliff was very responsive.

This was an absolutely gorgeous place with wonderful amenities, like a hot outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach, a library of books, and a grand piano. There is a fan in every room, plenty of towels, and great communication with the managers. This is a terrific place to stay.
