Beautifully remodeled 10th floor oceanfront condo

Located on the 10th floor of the beautiful Capri by the Sea in Pacific Beach, this freshly remodeled one bedroom condo has unbelievable views through its floor to ceiling windows. All kitchen amenities, Keurig, beach toys, surfboard, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, big screen TV, Cable, WiFi, one reserved, covered parking spot in gated lot with option for more. We have two queen beds in the bedroom and a very comfortable queen size pull out couch in the living room. The building is steps to the beach and a short walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Resort style complex offering 360 degree view roof deck, gas BBQs, secure private pool and spa, hot water beach shower, and 24-hr security. Enjoy the ocean breeze in the living room, relax on the beach, and have BBQ and cocktails on the rooftop as the sun settles in the west. This condo is truly my family's happy place and we are thrilled to share it with you!

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
If you checked in via lockbox please put one set of keys back in the lockbox. Otherwise, just hang both sets of keys on the mermaid hooks and lock the door handle. No fob needed to go to lobby.
If there are dishes in the dishwasher, please start it before leaving. Thank you!

Everything was exactly as described and the whole place was as awesome as all of the reviews say. Incredible view from the condo, super quick access to the beach and pool. Fantastic condo and holiday.

Beautiful condo for the two of us who spent a fantastic week with gorgeous views and sunsets. Great beaches, location and surrounding restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Chris, the host, was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay!

We had so much fun staying here. The location is perfect. Great Restraunts and shopping close by. I think my favorite part was in the mornings opening the door, and listeing/watching the waves crash. Lines of Pelicans often would fly by. The condo is clean, stocked with everything needed.

This condo is a great location in San Diego. Steps from the beach/boardwalk, and walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Short drive to La Jolla, Coronado and San Diego zoo. The condo was very clean, comfortable had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, Family Friendly Condo

We had a fantastic stay! Check-in was smooth and easy, and the home was clean, beautifully decorated, and family-friendly. Games, books and beach toys for kids, a wagon that was very helpful, boogie boards and beach chairs. It’s a gorgeous view, the pool area was wonderful and beach access was easy. Chris was very helpful and even restocked a couple supplies when we noted they were low. Everything about the stay met our needs. We would recommend this stay to family and friends, and we definitely plan to come back! Thank you!

Very nice apartment with all the amenities you need. The location is great, just steps from the beach. The hosts are very nice and easy to communicate with. We stayed for our daughter‘s graduation, and I’m sure we’ll be back sometime soon!

2nd Stay Here: Million Dollar View & Perfect Location

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit San Diego. Many other options but none with a view like this! We fell asleep each night to the sound of crashing waves. Best food and drinks around are just a walk away. Ice Cream, Tacos, Pizza, Thai Food, Burgers… all here. Clean, comfy, amazing host!

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. I appreciated the details they put into the space...extra blankets, beach towels, toys, wagon, boogie board, plenty of bathroom supplies, binder with detailed info, etc. They even had fresh fruit for us. It has an amazing view and great beach access. Chris was great to work with, we would love to stay again.

From the second that I walked into the condo, I fell in love with it. The view is amazing and I love being able to walk out onto the beach. When we go on vacation, we always look for a place that is on the beach AND has a pool, laundry and kitchen.
