Ahmet and Debbie met in Kalkan in 2002 and were married in 2004 and have a 5 year old son. We have been holidaying in Kalkan for the last 18 years and previously owned a 2-bedroom apartment. We saw the Mediterranean apartments being built and always wanted to own one. Following the sale of our previous apartment we were fortunate to purchase R1 from the previous owners. We bought unseen in October 2021 because of the location, the photographs and the number of long standing repeat guests. We visited in February 2022 and were very pleased with out purchase. If you choose to rent we hope you will like it as much as we do.
