About this property

3 bdr, 3 bath Home Walk to bay, ocean, restaurants and shops!

Our vacation beach rental home is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom tri-level home with each bedroom and bathroom on separate levels. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom.

We purchased it approximately 10 years ago and have totally remodeled it inside and outside. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless gas appliances. The home is naturally very light with all new dual-pane vinyl windows, doors and skylights. The bathrooms have new cabinets with granite counter tops, new vanities, lights and mirrors.

We provide lots of toys for both inside and outside! Bikes, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Sand Toys! Each room has a flat screen TV, DVD players, Cable TV. We have plenty of games, cards for family time! There are 3 decks for Mom and Dad to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee in the morning. We also have a patio area facing the alley with a full table and chairs. Don't forget the Weber Gas BBQ.

The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and its own private deck with views of Mission Bay. The Middle Bedroom has a double bunk bed with twin on top and pull-out twin trundle bed on the bottom. The Lower Bedroom has two queen beds.

All mattresses and linens are high quality and the mattresses are Sealy pillow tops. We have travertine tile in the entryways, kitchen and bathrooms. There are 3 decks and an outside patio in front for enjoying coffee or a glass of wine.

The 2-car garage has direct access to the home. The garage is stocked with 4 adult bikes, 5 boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. The natural gas Weber Gas BBQ is located off the kitchen on the second floor kitchen deck. We provide a dual 2.4 Ghz./5 Ghz. WIRELESS high-speed router, wireless printer, televisions with DVD players in each bedroom and movies (at least 25). The washer/dryer is located in the double garage.

We provide a baby high chair, umbrella stroller and pac n play for the very young.

Within a short walk are several local restaurants, delis, coffee shops and more. These restaurants are not chains, but local! The restaurants include The Mission, Saskas, Rubicon Deli, Pizza and more! Major grocery store shopping is approximately 1/2 mile north on Mission Blvd.

We had a great stay, loved having a garage to park in. Loved that we had a pack and play for my baby to sleep in. Check in was easy. The house was clean. Only thing was that there was a used bar of soap left in the bathroom that the cleaners missed. We would still definitely stay again tho!

We live in Scripps Ranch a community about 20 minutes from Mission Beach. My youngest son loved Mission Beach and wanted to "staycation" in Mission so he could surf and see his buddies. We then decided to purchase a 2 bedroom and make it a vacation rental in which the family could also use. We live at Costco! We are available to fix minor problems or can arrange an expert if necessary. We have lived in San Diego since college and love it! We would love to recommend our favorite spots. Tom and Joanne

Why they chose this property

Single detached home in Mission Beach! Each bedroom and bath are on separate levels allowing privacy. The home is very light and has a beach feel about it. The area is quiet and still close to all the activities! There are several local restaurants, delis and pubs within a short walk. We are one short block to both the bay and the ocean We have a 2 car garage with direct access to the home.

3 bedroom, 3 full baths on separate levels. The home is very light and feels "beachy" We provide all that you need including 4 beach cruisers, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and sand toys. Inside enjoy wifi, Cable TV, DVD players and more. We several outdoor decks to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. There is a Weber Gas BBQ outside the kitchen along with all you will need to prepare a nice fun meal.
