Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement. The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

DESCRIPTION
Attention to detail describes this beautiful home "Pacific Sands #742" on one of the nicest beach side courts in Mission Beach. Built in 2011, this three story, 1430 square foot quintessential Cape Cod style home is the perfect get-away for up to 6 people. These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

The owners were inspired by the famous movie house from “something's got to give” and wanted the decor of their house to have that easy sophistication, comfort and east coast feel. From the wainscoting, soft hues of paint, built-in bookcases, brand new cozy furniture and accessories, every item was selected to create a lovely space.

Please note that this home dos not offer AC.

Each level of the house offers brand new furniture, bedding & bathrooms as well as finest appliances.

1st LEVEL
The first level of the house features a wonderful brick patio with dining table for 4 people, a gas fire pit and gas grill. You enter through an adorable dutch door into a family room with a brand-new queen Murphy bed. This floor also has a flat screen TV and DVD, full bath, ceiling fan, and attached two-car garage with a washer and dryer. This floor is perfect for a couple that desire their own space or is a great extra hangout space for the kids. Please note this room does not have a door.

2nd LEVEL
The main living space is on the second level. The large living/dining room is great for TV watching, family time, reading in the comfy chair by the fireplace or relaxing under the cool ceiling fan on a warm summer evening.
The large dreamy gourmet kitchen is attached so it's easy to visit with your guests while you are creating your favorite meal or blending margaritas. It is huge, accommodating and stocked with everything a cook would ever need. The dining table seats six and there is seating for three at the big breakfast bar.

You'll be very comfortable in the main bedroom on this level with a new queen bed with great linens, a huge closet, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. The bathroom has a huge Jacuzzi tub/shower and fantastic lighting so you look your best.

3rd LEVEL
Upstairs on the third level, there is an adorable bedroom with small balcony and crank open dormer windows. You can see the waves from the balcony and the window. The room offers a King bed and has a ceiling fan. There is nothing better than sleeping with the windows open, under the fan on a warm summer's evening. This room also has a flat screen TV or if you're inspired, a desk to journal about your trip. The third floor has a large bathroom with shower and an attached deck on the back of the house to do some private sun bathing or catch a moment of quiet. You can also see a glimpse of the bay while relaxing.

AMENITIES
Enjoy the luxury of TV's in all bedrooms, high-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, central heating, hairdryer in each bathroom, iron and iron board. Please note, the unit does not offer AC.

The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper rolls and of course all fresh and spotless clean linens and bath towels.

KIDS AND BEACH EQUIPMENT
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have provided lots of kid's equipment such as high chair, crib, pack n play, changing pad, baby tub, step stool, and potty. For beach fun you can find nice beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards.

GARAGE
The garage offers a nice washer and dryer and fits a mid size SUV and a mid size economy car.

You will love everything about this meticulous decorated home with it's beautiful touches, beautiful outside patio, relaxing surroundings and warm ocean breezes. Enjoy!

PLEASE NOTE
For friend groups all must be over 35 years old.
We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.
Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.
