Basic house for decent price

It is a very basic house, but has everything you need for a city trip stay. You can get easily to the main attractions by train and you have grocery stores, bakeries and Restaurants nearby. Only thing that should be improved is the communcation with the host. More proactive information and a reply after a message within one or two days would be important.
