Welcome to our home in the sun, Villa Joyza. Our 2nd home in Javea
We came on holiday to Jávea in 2007 and fell in love with it. After a few more holidays to this beautiful area we decided to make Jávea a permanent home in the sun whilst in Spain with the idea we would eventually spend lots of our retirement time here.

Why they chose this property
We love the diversity of Jávea, it´s so interesting, with fantastic walks and small out of the way beaches.
The ‘Old Town’ with its narrow winding streets that as you turn a corner you never know what delight you might find as well as the fantastic ancient church overlooking this beautiful town.
The ‘Arenal Beach’ with its ‘Blue Flag Beach’ and the modern part of Javea where you can always find somewhere to eat and drink and where the Spanish meet their families and walk up and down whilst idly chatting.
The ‘Port Area’ where you can watch the fishing boats arrive with their catch and on a windy day watch the surf crash against the rocks.

What makes this property unique
We hope you have the most sensational holiday in one of the most peaceful, beautiful places that we have the pleasure of calling home. Since buying the house both Mark and I pinch ourselves daily. We are really spoilt with fantastic views, 10 hours of sunshine a day in summer and only 10 minutes by car to the Jávea. You are in great hands with Mark & Christine and please let them know if there is any way you feel we can improve future stays.
