For outdoor enthusiasts, you'll never have to get in your car to access the beach, unique walking trails, or the popular coastal cycling routes. If you're looking for a tranquil and fun-filled getaway, this is the perfect place. This relaxing and coastal casual townhouse is less than 80 yards from the entrance to the iconic Torrey Pines State Beach, and an easy walk to the lagoon, coffee shop, restaurants and convenience store, all located on the same street.

Situated in the beautifully landscaped Sea Point community with amenities galore, this complex includes, 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts, sand volleyball court, a playground, clubhouse, recreation room and 5 acre private park. The private, attached, 1-car garage provides easy, direct access and lots of space, and eliminates the need for street parking.

It is a 2 level unit, has no neighbors above or below, a balcony off the living area perfect for people-watching, plus completely private, front and back patio areas. A/C, an open fully-equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine (for Vertuo pods), dining area and living room make entertaining a breeze. The lounge area with couch includes an Ultra-HD Smart TV and fast free Wi-Fi and Roku. Bedrooms include 1 king, 2 twins and a twin day-bed with trundle, ideal for families. All linens, bath towels and beach towels are included, hair dryers and ironing board, etc. We provide you with plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, foam surfboard, beach chairs, rolling cooler, large puzzle board and games to help build fun memories of your time here.

Easy access to everything. We are less than 5 minutes from the Del Mar Race track, 10 minutes from beautiful La Jolla, and 30 minutes from downtown, Legoland, Sea World, and San Diego's world-famous Zoo and Wild Animal Park and less than 90 minutes from Disneyland. We love this special location for being so close to the ocean and the beauty you can find in sunset walks on the beach every evening.

What a great location! Away from the hustle and bustle but so convenient to visit all the fun places in Del Mar, Torrey Pines and La Jolla. The beach and a great hiking trail are just a short walk away. The pool and hot tub are close to the unit and well maintained. A couple of great restaurants are withing walking distance too. The back deck also has great sunset views. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The home was clean, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub the most! We walked to the beach almost everyday to enjoy the sunsets. What stood out most was how family-friendly the property was. My family and I had a wonderful week long stay in this townhome! Angelica was a wonderful host and checked in on us multiple times during our stay. The home is in a perfect location, just a quick walk to the beach and several restaurants and coffee shop. The home was extremely clean and had everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed the beach wagon, chairs, and toys which made beach days easy and fun! My kids also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and tennis courts. There was plenty of space for my family of five, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend!

This was a perfect place from which to enjoy California. My daughter, granddaughters, and I loved walking to Torrey Pine Beach and down the street to restaurants and coffee. All ll the things we enjoy were close by--Torrey Pines Preserve, Del Mar Beach and shops, La Jolla Shores. The townhouse was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed and more. Usually, I have to go out and buy things but not this time. It was wonderful to have tennis rackets, boogie boards, a surf board, beach towels, and beach chairs to use; the pool and grounds were lovely. Amazing Del Mar / Torrey Pines property steps

The property is right at the bottom of Torrey Pines, steps away from the beach and a short drive away from UCSD - the campus and the various medical centers (easily accessible by I5 or I805). Del Mar is just up the street with plenty of shops and restaurants and La Jolla is a 10mn drive away. The house is very well kept, in a lovely complex with pool, tennis and with easy access to the Torrey Pine preserve. The owner is very focused on making sure guests have an amazing experience and is very responsive. We will definitely consider staying again!

The owner Barry came to San Diego in the 80's after many other cities, and lived up and down the coast in Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach and La Jolla, but chose the Del Mar Terraces for the natural scenery of the lagoon and Torrey Pines preserve, great open beach and friendly livable community. Work takes him to many cities in many countries, but none can compare to the combination of awesome weather, fantastic beaches, great surf, friendly community and green open space so close to San Diego city city center.

Why they chose this property

Barry and his wife had so much fun as a family spending time here, even though they've moved, they're hoping others get to create the same memories they have from their time in Del Mar!
When their kids were little they would often walk the beach around sunset into Del Mar village, stay for ice-cream or dinner, and catch the bus back, as it stops at the beach, on North Torrey Pines road, less than 3 minutes walk from the front door. Their favorite restaurant, Roberto's, is also less than a 3 minute walk, with a fun casual patio overlooking the lagoon. Commuting to work or the airport is quick and easy as I-5 is only 1.2 miles to the east, or alternatively, the scenic route takes you past the world famous Torrey Pines Golf Course and beautiful La Jolla.

What makes this property unique

They loved being so close to the ocean and beach, for its combination of beauty, tranquility and fun. Barry and his wife brought those same elements into the decoration of our beach townhouse, giving it a bright, airy, refreshing feel that we think will make you feel relaxed and at home.
The lagoon with all its birds, frogs and fish add a nice natural element that you rarely find so close to a big city like San Diego.

The pools, jacuzzi's, tennis courts, private 5 acre park and other recreation options of Sea Point give you multiple options to add lots of fun memories to your relaxation.
